It’s really nice when you walk in, nice peaceful music and very peaceful atmosphere. I stayed 3 nights and had no problems, it’s quiet and everyone was really respectful with staying quiet and not stomping around. Which was nice. The rooms were clean and comfy. Ac worked perfectly. Breakfast is free

They make you pay for parking which is $12 a night but honestly that isn’t so bad. The room was nice but the bathrooms for sure need updating and also the tv I had seemed so dark also they need to get more channels or something because I watched transformers the entire stay because that’s all that played.

1. Lots of parking and lighting in garage 2. Easy check in 3. The bed was very comfy 4. Shower pressure was nice and hot water didn’t take long to warm up. 5. Room was big 6. The room rate was affordable 7. Lots of shampoo and conditioner 8. Fridge and big tv 9. Free breakfast included There were more things I liked about this hotel. If I stay again I’ll get a room with a balcony and hope it’s clean.

1. Wasn’t told to put the parking pass in my car after I checked in. Didn’t even know I had a pass till the next morning. However my car was still there. 2. The carpet and walls were dirty. Carpet had that sticky feeling and stains. Really the only thing that bothered me. 3. Window blinds opened up to a hallway.

I always stay at The Domain Hotel when I'm in town for work and absolutely love it! Super comfy beds, friendly staff that's super accommodating and great access to everything in nearby Cupertino/Sunnyvale and San Jose! I always feel safe even as a woman traveling alone, and there's lots of business featured facilities - from their business center, high speed internet, meeting rooms and even a gym if you're on the go. Overall a 10/10

There's nothing I can complain about truly - everything is always wonderful at the Domain and it's always my choice hotel for work or when visiting.

I always stay at the Domain Hotel when I visit the bay for work and every single time I enjoy it! This time I was in a rush and booked the standard room vs. premier and will say there isn't that much of a huge difference, the space is still the same but decor is a little more outdated and the bathroom/shower just need a renovation but otherwise all good! Love the location, and enjoy the safety and privacy when there. I also like the fact that it's accessible to everywhere in the south bay/silicon valley and highly recommend it always for work or play.

I always love the Domain but my only complaints were that for someone who stays a lot of times throughout the year - the staff could have made an exception for an early check in at 11am vs. the usual 3pm. There used to be a Manager who worked there and for whatever reason she was no longer with them when I came this time round - unfortunate as she was great at hospitality. That's my only real complaint, if you can re-hire her, make sure to do so.

Good location, great links for bus (22) and 30 mins walk to Lawrence station. Very helpful receptionist (Kellie) who went above and beyond providing us with information and recommendations. Greatly appreciated.

The breakfast was somewhat lacking. Despite there being a selection - the ‘hot’ food was tepid at best and the eggs were hardly recognisable. There was fruit but very limited, and not appropriate to put on top of a waffle. Coffee was good though

On the pictures the hotel looks a bit newer than it is, located at a big street. Though we had a quiet night. Staff at check in was not really interested in giving all information about the hotel upfront, we had to ask for every single thing by ourselves (where and when is breakfast, where are gym and pool, opening hours etc.) it’s a 4 star hotel but the breakfast was nothing special, not many healthy options, no international breakfast

- Beautifully designed hotel with comfortable seating and decor. - Staff incredibly friendly, courteous, helpful, and seem proud of the establishment. - Attention to detail (lumbar pillows, multiple electric outlets, backlit mirror, gentle lighting above headboard) - Housekeeping was exceptional (clean, fresh towels daily, tidy room, foyer/halls spotless), pristine pool with shaded seating - Breakfast buffet and evening menu was fresh and delicious, bartender went the extra mile.

My only suggestion is to replace any fake plants with real.

The front desk was wonderful. They were super helpful, sweet and professional. They also had a lot to handle with a Bazaar in the lobby. (They deserve a raise!) The man who attended us for breakfast was equally as sweet. The beds were very comfortable! It got a bit warm/stuffy at night but the air conditioning made it very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Nice size desk to lay our stuff out (or do work if you need it for business). All in all, will definitely come back again.

Wish the rooms had microwaves. Wish breakfast had more selections like veggies (I saw it was available upon request but just saying) Maybe some more fruit selections (maybe I just came late and it was taken already) Coffee was a bit watered down. But grateful it was there!

BREAKFAST WAS POOR, EGGS WERE DRY AND NOT MUCH VARIETY. THIS COULD BE GREATLY IMPROVED. I LIKE YOUR HOTEL. ALSO THE CLEANLINESS OF THE ROOM AND HOTEL CARPETS WERE DIRTY. I UNDERSTAND IT IS A HOTEL AND LOTS OF PEOPLE STEPPING ON THE CARPETS BUT I COULD SEE THEY NEED TO BE CLEANED MORE OFTEN.

POOR BREAKFAST SELECTION AND QUALITY OF THE FOOD IS POOR.

Did not care for the room. Usually we get an upgrade or a better location. This time we were on the grand floor next to the bar. People were to loud and the walls were so thin you could hear what I thought were chairs or something being dragged around. Afterward there were people out side our window talking and a couple arguing. Room 106 should be closed and maybe used as a storage room.
