The price is right and the location is good. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is nice. The Dove shampoo and conditioner is a nice touch.

The selection at breakfast was minimal. Usually you have more fruit and pastry selections. I used your equipment at the gym but I had to wipe the dust off of the treadmill and elliptical machine before using it, from the construction.

First, I would like to say that Derrik was great. Our car broke down, and we were dropped at the service station with it. No cabs, Uber or Lift. After 3 hours I called the hotel for suggestions, Derrick came and got us. We were so grateful. As it turned out, we were there for 6 days. All the staff was great.

Brought my fur baby. Room was very clean and accommodated my pets needs. Really appreciated the fact the room has vinyl flooring. no pet odors. Great price for our stay.

would have been nice to have a functioning pool while visiting this summer.

The convenience, comfortable beds, very nice courtyard outside, hot showers, minimal but ok breakfast (fix the juice machine!) Pet friendly.

Pet charges are high....and they're not mentioned when you book on booking.com. There should be a bar (handle) to hold onto in the shower. I used the filter on booking.fom to request a pet friendly room but when we arrived one wasn't immediately available. The receptionist had to correct the situation with a bit of finagling while we waited about ten minutes. Fortunately she was able to get us the room we had requested.

Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere! No complaints at all and will definitely use them again when we visit !

No dislikes ! We had a lot of things to fit in and wanted a place a little out of the way to relax when we got back to the room at night ! It was perfect

The pool area is now open, my room was fairly quiet, the bed was comfortable.

No warm cooked breakfast, you still have microwave breakfast burrito and microwave egg and sausage. I missed the cooked breakfast, fresh eggs in the morning, bacon and potatoes.

This room turned out better than I thought. It was outside room with train tracks running by but turned out pretty quite

I have used booking .com for this 2 month trip unfortunately I think they buy up blocks of the least desirable rooms we have never had one with a view or inside quite. Not the hotels fault .. I will not use them in the future

The front desk check in people were all great they were friendly and helpful. I liked the new renovations it was just a bit dusty

The room was clean but did find some hairs in the bathroom floor as I first walked in. Also, I am short so the bed was to tall for me.

The room was larver.than expected. We really apprecoated.the large.nightstands

no safety grab bars in the bathroom. We are.senior citizens and REALLY need.them to safely step in and put of the tub. Very scary.

Very quiet - good sound proofing since you are close to the freeway, train line and airport. Great access to disability room and area for dogs to do their business. Good breakfast. Beds so comfy! Gave us a room where we could park the moving truck close by.
