My room was excellent m, the entire staff,very helpful, very kind, nice..A great help to me! Very kind..I thank all of you! If I had the funds,Is be back today,Friday Nov 12th,12th,and the 13th...It was great to get away,although I live not too far,I live with 8 people..I enjoyed the peace and quiet,looking up my reward points, I booked my stay Nov 3rd,forgot to use my Choice Rewards I stayed another day, night..Nov 7th I checked out Thank you Kymber

Nothing....a guy tried me,I put a stop to it..and a young lady with her sm dog,he tried her,I helped get get inside to,up elevator

Clean, comfortable and affordable. And in a safe part of town, also near restaurants.

That there was no swimming pool that's why I got the room for because I wanted to swim I got there and there was no swimming pool if I would of knew that I would of never made a reservation that's false advertising I was disappointed when I got there they should put it on the website swimming pool not working

A working swimming pool on a blazing hot day was what I was expecting from viewing the website. It was apparently “broken” and looked disgusting. They should have at least drained it. Also, ALL of the vending machines were empty, both drinks and snacks.

Room was clean and comfortable, the small outdoor pool was nice to have in the hot weather, and the nearby Mexican restaurant was superb. Plenty of onsite parking.

Bathroom was a bit cramped and curved shower curtain rod was coming loose from its wall, so the curtain wouldn't stay fully covering the shower.

The room was one of the best rooms I've stayed in it was a nice size very clean it and a very nice smell to the room and I very much in joyed the the bath jacuzzi I stayed in it for over 2 hours an the breakfast was very good I'm going to recommend you hotel to my friends and family

That you had maintenance on hand to fix the toilet to keep it from over flowing

Reception was a bit rude when I first approached the desk but then kinda started being nicer. Tv in my room was not working, lines on the screen.

could have been cheaper . shower knob was broken . maintenance should have known this. housekeeping kept interrupting my sleep every single hour until 11am. all of that was not necessary

Is the staff of super friendly! Super knowledgeable about businesses and other and other entertainment resources in the area . They acted like human beings

The key card system was not functioning properly! I had to get new key cards made at least 4 times last nite. I had to walk up and down the hallway, please fix this. Other than that, I had a great stay

The front desk receptionist I believe her name is Marisol.. i do apologize if I misspelled it but! Very nice very clear on the check in process and! They give you a slip stating the holding fee which is very convenient and! My husband left his Xbox controller and I was able To go pick it up they are very nice and very considerate from the maids to the managers thank you guys for making our little one night getaway that much better!
