beautifully maintained, easy location, safe neighbohood

check in took over 1 hour, despite having prepaid for our rooms and reserving them many weeks in advance. it was the night before Thanksgiving and we’re exhausted after a long ride and even longer day. Although it eventually was sorted out, we felt the manager should have had the authority to say “Looks like there’s an issue. Let’s get you into your rooms right away, and we can figure it out in the morning”. This was not a good way to start a 3-night stay; otherwise I would give our stay 10 stars.

The pillows and bed were very comfortable. The check in process was very smooth and easy.

The location is convenient but the loud noise from the freeway was overbearingly loud! The curtains also did not cover the whole window. there was an awkward slit in the middle, so when we wanted the room to be dark while watching movies there was annoying backlight. The staff were not in the front to greet guests/be there most times. we had to ring the bell.

The breakfast area was super nice clean and the food was perfect. A good selection. The front desk was helpful I wish I wrote his name down. The room was spacious and clean. The outside was well maintained and clean. Parking was easy.

The tub drained really slow.

I've had to stay alone in the area multiple times and have stayed here for a few of them and, no matter who is at the desk, they are always really genuinely nice and competent. The rooms themselves are just super clean and comfortable. Walk-able to affordable restaurants and fast food, plus a Target and a Safeway.

There was a loud thumping, whirring noise 24/7 in my room. (I'm hard of hearing, so I forgot about it for the most part, but I can see how it would be annoying to someone who hears well.)

Darius the hotel clerk was extremely helpful and professional. He gave recommendations on places to get food. And asked a couple times how everything was. He's definitely a keeper!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

There was noise coming from the toilet pipes on and off throughout the night.

Front desk staff was very friendly . Bed was comfortable.

Rooms seem old and worn. I don’t care for the communal pumped bottles of shampoo and body wash in the shower. Would rather have individual personal bottles.

breakfast is only served until 9am which I think is too early since 9 means they are already putting things away. Plus if you’re on vacation especially on a weekend that’s just too early- 10am would be much better.

The breakfast was nice and convenient. The room was very nice with the exception of the bath tub.

The bath tub is in poor condition. It is looking pretty worn out in just about every respect. She wasnt comfortable bathing in a tub in that condition.

The room itself was large and comfortable The bed was very comfortable There are a lot of restaurants close by.

The doors slam hard so in the morning when people are going out you hear a lot of slamming doors.

Location was central to restaurants and shopping spots. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Decent breakfast.
