loved the set up - motel style with easy access to rooms (parking right in front vs entering hotel & walking down hallways) BUT the courtyard was gated so it made it safer than traditional motels. beautiful mountain backdrop. Beds were comfy, rooms newly remodeled and a nice selection at breakfast. ac worked well

rooms were on the small side so accessing one side of the 2nd bed was challenging. Breakfast server was not friendly, but she wasn’t rude or mean either. Maybe just a smile every so often? I felt it was just a tad pricey, but I think everything is going up now so that might just be the going rate and I’m behind.

The location of this hotel was good, near to the Ontario airport. The price includes a nice breakfast and the room was pretty good, it exceeded my expectations.

We chose a room at first floor because we had a lot of luggage so it would be easier to handle them, the parking lot in front of our room was already occupied by someone else and we noticed a lot of noise in the room above us. Someone dragging the furniture and kids running. It happened during mid night and the very morning so we weren able to sleep well the nights.

We were expecting something less and were pleasantly surprised at the whole experience, from checking in, to friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We enjoyed the pool and spa, although they are small, they were well maintained and even towels are supplied poolside. There’s a little fitness centre as well, and who couldn’t love the amazing view of snow capped mountains from the breakfast room window.

We were unfortunate to have some noisy and disrespectful neighbours but that’s not the fault of the staff or accommodation

The hotel is gated which provides extra security. The room my wife and I were in was awesome. Everything was clean, bathroom looked really clean and modern. I liked the fact that there was a small kitchen (minus a stove), but had a kitchen sink, coffee maker, and a small fridge. plus had a tv and a sofa bed. There is a door that separated the living room and bedroom. There is another tv in the bedroom. My wife and I travel from Fort Irwin, CA for doctors appointments, and we decided that this is our go to hotel.

The hotel has recently been renovated and is modern and comfortable. The beds are firm and supportive and pillows offered some variety to choose from. The bathrooms are the best part in that there are two sinks and a roomy shower. The jacuzzi and pool are centrally located and open late. Breakfast was simple but it was nice to have eggs and potatoes in addition to the standard continental fare. The morning staff were all a pleasure to deal with, as well.

No hot water. Occasionally warm-ish, but made for some chilly showers both in the evening and morning. The neighborhood isn't the best, nor is it the worst, but the gated parking was welcomed. The floors hadn't been cleaned, but it was nice to not have the standard hotel carpet. King room was a little tight in spots, but okay for a shorter stay.

The newly renovated rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and the staff most helpful. Parking was close to the room and there was a nice pool but we didn't use it. The shower was very nice with great water pressure.

The shower floor was slippery and there were no holding bars in the shower. I would recommend non slip decals for the shower floor. One of the beds was on a tilt. The metal siding on the bed was noisy- and something I had never seen.

Very nice since renovations

We had wheelchair access room and parked in handicap parking spot when we arrived. Went out for dinner got back and someone had parked in the spot. My husband who is disabled and walks with cane had to park our vehicle at front of hotel and walk thru lobby to get to our room at back of facility. There were no parking spot inside so someone who evidently was not a paying customer was visiting someone and took up all parking spots.

The rooms and fixtures are modern and new. Even the lobby looks modern and new. The lady at the front desk was very friendly, nice and professional. Everything is clean. Room had a large modern bathroom. You can park right in front of your room and the lot is secure gated parking for guests only! You have to use a room key to get into the parking lot. Perfect place for my Shelby GT350. A real breakfast is included with eggs, sausage, bacon, etc

When we checked in there were 3 lady’s at the front desk but they took maybe 15-10 minutes to check anyone in (lobby was closed as we did arrive on the later side )and I understand it was late but they could’ve had multiple people checking people I. Threw there window other then that very nice hotel and worth it

Facility was recently renovated and online photos match the actual look and feel. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Parking lot is gated. Coffee was better than expected.

Because the rooms are recently renovated, it seems like they are missing some furniture. In the King suite room, the front portion of the room only had a sofa, desk and chair and felt empty. It didn't really both us or our stay, just relaying our experience.
