Courtyard by Marriott Santa Clarita Valencia

Kind staff, large shower with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash pumps instead of the tiny bottles, beautiful pool area, decent portions for the included breakfast

Our check in wasn't until 4pm, which is tough to do in the middle of an amusement park day. Also, the room hadn't been very thoroughly cleaned which we only discovered after adjusting the TV for better vision and pulling out the moveable desk. There were noodles and food debris both under the television and on the moveable desk

The location was probably the best thing about this hotel. Very close to food and fun and right off the highway. The hotel itself is very nice, clean and safe. They do have breakfast and dinner on site but it costs extra so if you don't feel like driving to get something you at least have that option. I also have to say it was very quit during out stay, nobody was making a racket at night so we rested good during our entire stay. I will plan on returning again with my family for our next trip.

Nothing went wrong or made this visit unpleasant. Not even a small thing worth mentioning.

Shower has everything I needed,room was very clean,beds were very comfy, we used the gym, is open24/7 everything was good overall

THE ELEVATORS!!!!! so noisy sometimes feels like its gonna get stuck and a single bottle of water $7 !!!!!! luckily walmart is very close so we get a 40 pack for that same price

The hotel was clean, room was spacious, nicely decorated. When I went to the check in counter to ask if the hotel had a water filling station, the gentleman behind the counter filled my water bottle and offered me water bottles to take with me. The dinning room/bistro was very comfortable and inviting.

The bistro was out of almost everything in the morning. The person that checked us in was not very friendly.

The hotel was very well situated, being just off the i-5 Highway. The hotel bar was a welcome amenity and Michael was a good host. The on-site laundry room was just what we needed after having been on the road for a couple of weeks.

Nothing. We didn’t do breakfast - our choice. Price was at the top end of our budget.

The location was good and close to the highway but far enough away to not hear road noise. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Do yourself a favor and go to Eggs and things down the road for breakfast it was really good.

Should have complimentary breakfast for the cost of this hotel, not an overpriced Starbucks cafe.

Great location being only five minutes from Six Flags Magic Mountain. I've always enjoyed how comfortable Courtyard by Marriott hotels are and the value they provide for the price and this location is no exception.

The bathroom in my room smelled like cigarettes and some of the fixtures in the bathroom looked a bit dated.

The room was nice and the location.

There was a dog across the hall who whined and barked ALL day. When I said something to the manager (?) he said well maybe it's a service dog. Hmmm if it's a service dog why isn't it with its owners who need to be serviced? I was in an online class so it was very distracting. I know other hotels I have stayed at if a dog is disruptive for a long period of time the owner is contacted on their cell phone and told to come back to the hotel.

I was impressed with Ben who check me in, worked with me until I could find my Marriott card. when that failed, he signed me up again. He was friendly to talk too, responsive to my needs and never made me feel like I was putting him out when we chatted about a variety of items.

Since I was there for business, having the internet down for 2 1/2 days of my stay was troublesome.

Beds are very comfortable and staff was helpful and friendly.

Rooms are small and the lighting was terrible. The lighting was very dim. Had to pay $10 to park, that is ridiculous and wish the little cafe would have been open more.
