The property was stellar in every way. Location - right off the freeway. The place is very new and everything is lovely! Tastefully decorated. The staff was kind and helpful. The biggest clincher is the AMAZING breakfast buffet. Everything you can imagine to eat - so many choices it made me almost dizzy!

The only thing I did not like about the property is that the beds are so high I had to stand on my tiptoes and climb into the bed. I think next time I will ask for a stool to make it easier.

Breakfast selection was awesome! All the staff were really friendly and helpful. I love how they offer coffee and cold water in the lobby.

I wish the AC wasn’t facing the sofa bed because my kids would often complain in the middle of the night that they were cold and we would have to turn it off for them while the ones that were sleeping on the queen beds were feeling warm which is why it was so uncomfortable sleeping through the night. (We booked the Queen suite)

Newer facility, close proximity to Six Flags, good breakfast and friendly staff. Accommodated my request for a quieter room.

Hair in the room, stuck all the couch cushion and in the corner of the vanity in the bathroom. Overall, the space seemed really clean, but these details were overlooked. We had also reserved the room for 3 but there were only towels for 2 and no bedding for the sofa bed. We did check in early though and requested these items when we got to the room and saw they were not there and a staff member brought them right away. When the room was serviced, the extra towels were taken and not all were replaced. Half of the drinking cups were also taken and not replaced during the service. We had just enough towels to get through and had to go to the front desk since it was late which was a bit inconvenient.

Extremely clean and very comfortable beds. Breakfast was good. Location very good. Pool area clean. Hotel was built in 2021 so everything was new.

No daily housekeeping because of Covid restrictions. We we're advised of this at check-in. Surprised about this as the breakfast had no restrictions and we watched guests coughing into hands and not using the tongs provided to handle food. Staff did not monitor and there were no signs advising guests to use the tongs. That was our only negatives. I understand that it's hard to instruct some guests in the common courtesy of proper etiquette but I think signs in the breakfast area would help.

The only problem I had this time was that I did not get the room I had booked with double queen beds which was my preference but upon arrival I was given a different room because the rooms with double beds had no functioning AC, with the terrible heat the smart thing was to get the king size bedroom option or sleep in a sweltering hot room. Yes, it was upsetting because why book a room and not get it in the end? Sadly, it was the same case for many arriving to check-in after I checked in too.

this time the coffee machine in the room did not work which was very disappointing in addition to the fact that the breakfast time starts at 7 am, the time I needed to leave to get to my work. The people at the front desk was nice in providing a bag with some food I could prepare in my room but I missed a good morning coffee.

The rooms are set up wonderfully including the bathroom, comfortable beds, very clean, lots of options for lighting and great location. Will definitely stay again. Great amenities, coffee maker, microwave, frig, iron and board and chaise lounge. Ingenious place for your luggage.

Location was great! We went to magic mountain and it was only 6 minutes drive to the park. The room was nice and clean also. Over all it was a great place to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We had a couple of hiccups. First they couldn't find our name then apparently it said we were booked in a different month but our confirmation said the correct times and we already paid for the room. But they were really helpful and gave us the room for the time we booked.

Pillows, hotel pillows are the worse but what can you do? That's doesn't mean I didn't sleep well because i brought my own pillow but they are the worse and has no structure at all.

The room was clean and large. Two queen beds that felt like sleeping in Heaven. The sheets are so soft. There is a variety of 4 types of pillows from comfy soft to hard. The bathroom / shower were clean, new and large. In the morning we had a full breakfast. Very very good fresh food; well stocked.

parking, not enough, came back after midnight from my gathering, could not find any parking near hotel, had to park far away and walk a long distance at amost 1 am. would not stay here again due to parking.
