Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, good size bathroom. Location was perfect.

Semi trailer trucks took up all the spaces with their across ways parking. You should have them park along the street instead of in the lot. I know this is a pet friendly hotel but these guests on our floor bring their dog along on the trip then leave him in the room all day while they go to Magic Mountain and the poor dog barked ALL DAY until they got back at night. My husband had to work in our room for conference calls and it was so difficult, and sad honestly. You should have a policy about leaving dogs, pets unattended. Also, bathrooms NEED a hook! There’s only the towel bar and it’s not very long.

not much. disappointed they were so busy so the clerk didn’t have time to tell me where to park my car. when i asked she just pointed. I didn’t know there was a garage with a convenient elevator which i needed for my many bags traveling alone. Breakfast closed at 9 am. a little early, but again. Would have been good for clerk to give me the rundown.

The breakfast was sufficient and clean. Coffee was great. The staff were helpful. Free parking, free breakfast, clean environment were all pros

The air conditioner was noisy. Our room had a very highway noise. A maintenance on sound isolation would be helpful, I think

The room was spacious and loved the couch that had so many options for sleeping even though we didn’t need it, really liked the desk and partition

I would always prefer the toilet and sink separate from the shower to facilitate more than one at a time getting ready. A jacuzzi would be nice .

We got the King Bedroom and it comes with a trundle bed. The couch fits our daughter and the trundle bed fits our 2 small kids. Breakfast has a variety from cook your own mini waffles, fresh fruits, juice, yogurt, breakfast wrap, scrambled eggs, toast and bagels - not your average continental breakfast. It was excellent. They even turned on the fire pit during our stay outside by the pool area. Staff wear masks and has sanitizers all over the place. They even provide disposable masks if you don't have one. Gym is open too.

It would be nice for the staff to wear uniforms.

The facility was clean, quiet, and provided more than we were expecting. The staff was amazing! The room was also clean and quiet. The wifi worked great. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

There was not much we did not enjoy about our stay. Finding the front of the hotel was confusing based on the directions and the hike up the hill to the parking lot wasn't ideal.

The room was great bed super comfortable. Location to Magic Mountain is great if your planning on going. You are able to log into your Netflix or Prime account to watch TV and that's cool.

Ok it wasn't a big deal but to get into my room it was a bit hard to turn the handle I thought it was just me but my BF also had a issue... also you have to put your room key in a card reader to get the electricity to work that's something I've never seen.

staff were not very welcoming. it was my first time there after coming from my father in law’s memorial service and the staff who checked me in rushed through the process. didn’t ask me if I needed help or if I had been there before. spoke very fast and was rushing to get back to another customer. had to call five times from my room before I could reach someone at the front desk.

I like that the room was Clean and the mattress was very comfortable.

The location was too close to the freeway and at night you can hear the cars traveling. That was the only problem I had. However when you turned on the AC that locked the freeway noise. Not sure what the option would be in winter.

The bar down stairs. The pool that I didn't have a change to use. The other guests that were there were nice people. The breakfast was pretty good. Really healthy breakfast and the kitchen was great.

There isn't anything that I can say negatively about the location. Myself and my girlfriend enjoyed every second of staying there at the hotel and exploring the local eateries.
