Staff was really polite and friendly. All were always very willing to help. Room was clean. I love that they are pet friendly and have toys and snacks at the front desk for them. The area is very quiet and peaceful! I did a lot of relaxing by the pool.

Breakfast would have been better if they would have replenished more often especially the coffee & hot foods. Seemed like they didn't have enough food for the crowd that came down to eat. You also have to keep track of cleaning days since they dont clean the rooms everyday.

The rooms were clean and and the beds comfortable, the breakfast was really good (better quality and variety than most hotels), and the service was very friendly and efficient.

I didn’t realize til we arrived that this is a very “pet friendly” hotel, even with a little pet bowl area in the entryway. And lots of people with dogs. That’s a huge plus if you travel with pets, but not so much if, like us, you don’t want to stay in a hotel room where dogs or cats have been on the carpet, chairs and beds. We have one family member who is extremely allergic to cats, so as a rule we avoid “pet friendly” hotels. That said, we did not find pet hair in the room or anything, so they clean well.

OMG what can I say... We had just come from Vegas where we paid way more for a hotel on the Strip (LinQ if you want to know) it was trashy, stinky, literally zero human interaction and no breakfast.... Just walking into the Fairfield (and at the Residence Inn where we also had a room) we could tell this was going to be great. A very helpful and smiling person at the desk... the room was amazing from architecture to furniture to all the little details. The breakfast was off the charts amazing.

I was looking for a place to stay for the night before our drive home to Northern California. The price was decent and it was outside of LA to beat the traffic. We got to the hotel and were pleasantly surprised. The room was big and comfortable with a fridge and microwave in the room. Very close to a Walmart to get things for the unplanned extra night. They also had a hot tub, which we took full advantage of after 2 days of walking around in So Cal. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and filling. We hit the hot tub once more before check out and parking was free. They also had a super cute area for guests with dogs in the lobby which even I, a cat person, thought was very thoughtful.

They share the parking lot with another Marriot hotel, so it was a bit cramped.

Really nice accommodation.. the staff was friendly when we checked in and the room was nice and beds were comfy..had really good parking space.. first time in valencia and did not expect the location but really good surrounding and not that far from magic mountain.. had some Breakfast and it was ok. Got some hot meals

Well maybe have some More cheaper options for the room rate.. but overall Is ok..

I loved the super clean rooms and the lobby. The room smelled great clean fresh smell. I also love the fact they had pump bottles of Paul Mitchell shampoo ,conditioner, and body wash. The scents were great. My family enjoyed the Continental breakfast that was offered and that one of the employees took the time to get my nephew a yogurt that had ran out. My mother appreciated the mini refrigerator also in the room to put her insulin that was a plus. There are no deposit fees nor parking fees. I would not hesitate to stay here for sure again.

There is nothing I would change had a great experience and my family loved the stay.

I love this place it’s in a great location. There is food ,gas and stores around the area. The staff is always friendly. The rooms are always clean. The breakfast that is offered is perfect for us you can make waffles, there’s coffee, juice,milk, teas, hot chocolate, yogurt's, cereal’s,oatmeal, and fruits offered. They also have shampoo,conditioner, and body wash provided in the rooms and there a great size not the tiny ones they offer in most places .

The breakfast was delicious and they had a lot of options. I greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The room was very nice and I enjoyed the Mountain View!

I didn’t like that the bathroom door and sink are so close together. If you’re traveling with kids make sure you don’t accidentally hit them with the door if they’re using the sink.

Location was perfect for our needs—heading from Tahoe to Orange County. We just needed to Stop BEFORE hitting the LA traffic, so we could avoid it as much s possible.

Limited drink options —ha ha! They only had Pepsi products and we like Coke. It’s goofy, but that’s our only complaint!

We used this for an overnight stop to break up the drive from Solvang to Las Vegas. The room was huge with two double beds. There were plenty of places to eat a short walk from the hotel and a complimentary grab and go breakfast included in the price.
