the location is great and also the room was great. the communication to the property had to be done through the third party which was booking.com, however they failed to accommodate and communicate with the property, the front desk was very accommodating when I showed him the convo between me and booking.com. he was appologetic and accommodated very quickly.

the valet price is high but the crew is very nice and professional, however the high price of valet per night did not leave any room for additional tip for the crew.

Our first room was a dark, uninviting room with a window view of an adjacent building a few feet away. We went back to check in and changed rooms (no charge). The second room a big improvement with a window and balcony view of the sun lit open air interior of the hotel common area. It was a huge improvement.

Be careful of room assignments. Some dark, uninviting rooms with view of adjacent building next door.

Bed was really comfy! Room had very modern decor! Spacious with amenities for your comfort. Nice shower and bathroom space. Window had shades to block light and remain private with light as well. Tinted windows were a good touch, keeping the room nice and cool. Very nice hotel. Waiting until everything is open again to get the full experience!

Room had very modern decor, but the chairs and additional sitting spaces were not very comfortable. Also not designed for workspace with laptop, as items (coffee pot and cups etc) limited access to desktop space! Living space was utilized beautifully! Everything fit i it's neat corners! I would suggest a rolling desktop for a laptop or a second person to work??? Otherwise, a really nice hotel!

Location allowed for easy access and moving around. Friendly and accommodating breakfast staff attendants.

Response of frontline staff when we reported that our previous day request to have our room cleaned was not done up to late evening. Definitely not Marriott standard. Parking lots mostly small and tight except for basement 1.

Underwhelming but loved the outdoor pool and the nice pool man attending to the water in the morning so it didn’t matter.

For breakfast, they should offer something not full of sugar and carbs such as bagels and toast and a modest protein such as a cheese. They ran out of orange juice one morning; yet, more than one solo guest were sitting with three bottles in front of them. They need to have a sign up saying, Please take only one per person.

-Efficient check in -great staff -super accommodating -on sight parking was very easy to find - the room was so modern and updated and impeccably designed and laid out. -the bathroom was spacious and featured a wonderful glass enclosure stand alone shower -the sheets were a high thread count and the pillows were down. -i loved the variety of lighting features in the room the most probably. -the one behind the bed was super unique and provided me with exceptional reading light at night -I was able to sign into and watch my Netflix account as well as received a free trial with showtime , which was an added bonus because I don’t have access to that network normally at home. -I just left my cards in the room upon check out because I was running late to my work conference, but I will absolutely be back to stay again!

No hot tub on the property or sauna In the gym. It was raining and the pool is uncovered so I couldn’t make use of that.

Staff was friendly and helpful

Understaffed at restaurant. Only one person taking care of restaurant and bar. If he would have had another staff person working with him the wait time would have been quicker. Once we were able to order, meal was quick but it took almost 45 minutes for us to wait our turn to order food from the bar. The food was great and the employee had a great attitude.

The location was very convenient. The room was nice and clean.

I didn't like the fact that when I checked in, I was told (for the first time) that there was a $100 non-refundable fee for having my dog with me. I just thought that was an excessive fee for one night.

The staff was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. The restaurant was nice. Breakfast was delicious!

Everything was pretty great. My only suggestion would be avoid the fettuccine Alfredo. It was dry and hard to eat. Everything else was wonderful. Would stay here again. 100%

Great room, looks like they have been redone. Plenty of room. Eventhough I coulld see the freeway, I did not hear the cars much. Quiet throughout the hotel. Price was good and it did not have a lot of extras taxed on that you don't see upfront. Plenty of help to check in and out, no wait. Not anyones fault with covid, but it would have been nice to have the bar opened. Parking was good and convenient.
