The property is very contemporary, well maintained and easy to get to. The room was large, had a beautiful bathroom, comfortable bed and a small refrigerator (no freezer section). parking was ample, which is good because the place was pretty busy. I stayed there for 2 weeks but did not take advantage of the breakfast purchase options. I did enjoy the free Starbucks coffee. There is also a huge fitness center which was well equipped, resembling a gym I might find at home.

Because I was there for 2 weeks, I ate several dinners in my room. I had to repeatedly ask the front desk for maid service to dump the garbage cans in my room. It seemed like there was no service unless you specifically asked for it. Maybe this is their new protocol since Covid but I wished I had been informed of this when I checked in.

We had our celebration of life for my father here along with family staying in several rooms. When I say that the staff was more than accommodating and went above and beyond to assist us in this time of mourning and celebration words alone can not express our extreme appreciation for them all! A special thank you to Entiom Caldace, the engineers (Luis ( I believe) & the kind gentleman that fixed my broken coffee pot) & Angie at the front desk/reservations. Everyone’s patience and relaxed energy helped this event be as stress free as humanly possible! Our family will be forever grateful & thankful!

Quiet, appealing, clean and well kept up. Parking was good and well lit. I felt safe here. Liked having the refrigerator to store a few snacks.

I couldn’t figure out the air conditioner! When I entered the room it was too cold, thermostat said 72 degrees. I turned the thermostat up to 76 degrees and the heater came on to adjust the temp, and then the fan never came on nor the air conditioner. Room felt stuffy when I woke up in the middle of the night.

The location of the hotel is next to restaurants, supermarkets and highways. Also the room is well equipped with microwave and means for coffee making.

Room cleaning is only upon request, but we were not informed about it. On one occasion, the room was not cleaned even after asking for it.

No coffee in lobby no welcome friit or cookie, very limited store. When no restaurant is on premise they should have a larger store with ice cream frozen meals, ramen, like other hotels. Items in store were overprized like four dollars for a very small milk. Other hotels give free liquid creamers in the room. I had to pay four $ to get 1/2 oz of milk to add to room coffee.

That they don't just give each person ( guest) a free breakfast 🥞🍳 would have been the perfect simple thing to do to make my stay even better. Also, Jay the GM needs to push for more ethnic diversity towards his hiring of employees

The restaurant area was closed, so no breakfast was offered...not so good. To the positive, the "front desk" staff remembers me so I always get a warm, personal welcome...chilled water, always welcome after a drive in warmer weather. The bed was good - again - and the service personnel accommodating when I found that I was running a little late for my check-out.

As noted, closed restaurant...and although there are fast-food options and even a few decent 'sit down' restaurants in the area this can become expensive in a hurry. Huge downside is that microwaves are either not included with the rooms or are a choices that one has to request....I made mine when I booked but it apparently wasn't available with my room choice. Shower water pressure was also rather weak this time.

This was one of the nicest hotels I have ever been to! The room was spacious, and very clean! The bed was comfortable and I loved the shower area. All the lights were movement sensitive so when you got up in the middle of the night they turned on automatically! The staff was accommodating and helpful! They were always ready to help!!

There was no microwave in the room but when I asked for one, they brought it!

The room was clean, spacious and the entire staff was always helpful and willing to assist! Angela, who checked us in, made sure that we had a microwave sent to our room and they followed through quickly on all requests! we were there for 10 days and could not have been happier with the accommodations!

Bed was very comfortable, air conditioning worked perfectly, tv was large and movable, shower was big and worked flawlessly, internet worked and easy sign-in.

Keycards didn’t work all the time, had to get them reprogrammed several times, room was never cleaned during stay had to ask for additional towels,etc.
