We attended a wedding party at the hotel which was very nice. The hotel rooms were great, comfy beds, perfect temperature. The rooms were very clean. Even though the hotel is older, it's in great shape. My kids used the pool which they enjoyed very much. The 12 pm check out was great as well. The indoor walkways between buildings was very pretty too. I requested a room change from King bed to 2 queens upon check in as my party changed; they accommodated me and we're very nice about it.

The spa was out of order. The toilets worked but it took a few flushes as they didn't completely empty since they are older models.

Very easy checking, very friendly efficient staff at front desk. Enjoyed soaking in the hot pool in the inner atrium. Comfortable clean room. Nice and quiet for the most part accept for noisy early morning.

Lots of loud door opening and closing banging starting at 7 AM. Send maybe someone in the end room or a group of people had a party that night which I didn't hear but left lots of garbage that when I finally got set up enough to take a look at 8 AM several people are bringing out big bags garbage, not sure if it was I guess or the housekeeping, I think it was the guests. Secondly I asked for my room to be clean for my second night, I asked in the morning and when I came back in the afternoon it was not done and I asked again and several times again and it was never done. Not a big deal, what disappointing.

I went to a concert on 14 to see jelly roll it was a very comfortable stay and would stay there again. I originally made the reservation for 16 had to reschedule for the 14 not 16 so the lady whom originally changed the date from 16 to 14 did not cancel the 16th reservation. So I am still being charged and never stayed so if you can help me get a refund I would really appreciate it.

That I got charged on the 16 when I wasn't there . The lady I spoke to on the phone forgot to cancel the reservation on 16. So they still are charging me ,so if you can either email or call me so I know how to proceed with this claim, i would really appreciate it

The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was spacious, as there was two of us staying in the room. We opted for two queen beds and felt very comfortable. Although, the property looks a bit dated... it was good for the price. It came with all the amenities necessary. I would stay here again.

For the initial check-in process we were a tad bit early, about an hour early before actual check-in. I had approached one of the front desk associates and we were dismissed right away. I have worked at hotels myself and I just felt a lack of customer service. However, when we came back at 3pm for proper check-in the other associate was very friendly and accommodating.

We had a great stay here at the concord plaza hotel! My friend and I came in for bottlerock and got a great deal. It exceeded our expectations especially the lobby/common area downstairs. Our favorite was the gym that overlooked the lobby. The room was nice and clean when we arrived. Comfy beds, nice shower, mini fridge, and microwave included. Great location across from a Sams club? Trader Joe’s, Starbucks and Target up the road.

The towels were a little rough and our room was facing an airport. We could see and heat airplanes taking off and arriving but lucky for us we really only heard it during the day. They do have an indoor pool and hot tub but was not expecting it to be located in such a quiet/zen area.

The hotel is very nice, absolutely full of plants inside.

Although the rooms were nice and the bed was very comfy, the noise from the pool is extreme. All noises echoe through the very beautiful inside garden/lounge area. I was on the 3rd floor and quite a bit away from the pool but heard all the excited screams and early morning a whistle which was the worst. Just keep in mind when getting a room, but still I honestly really did like this hotel.

The battery on my room door went dead,at 2am I couldn't get back in my,because my door was dead,it took over an hour to get into my room, when i went to check ouy the next moring i couldnt get out of thecparking lot because security gaurd had taken my keycard the night before,and front desk wouldnt answer the phone when i pushed call button,plus I have an unauthorized charge for $16.32

The staff except for the night auditor Fernando was ( EXTREMELY) disrespectful and very unprofessional and loud n told your business to the entire hotel guest(other) than that they ( the staff, maids, maintenance and front desk staff all were very nice

The night auditor Fernando and his non appreciation for others, n their financial situations that can possibly happen by a simple bank error and will embarrass you regardless of what is current

I loved the trees inside and the calm fountains. Rooms were very comfortable and clean. But above and beyond that was the friendly staff I have ever seen. Every level of hotel staff we encountered at the front desk and in the hallways greeted us, asked if we needed anything, and hoped we were enjoying our stay.

The on-site restaurant was closed on weekends. It would have been great to have meals at the hotel. I would have given it a 10 if there had been a onsite dining option.

common areas are nice, beds comfy very clean all bedding including blankets washed completely, small fridge and microwave in every room.

1. No restaurant on property, had to drive for breakfast . 2 . room oddly arranged with one of queen was totally pushed up to wall while the other bed had a huge space on the other side with a long heating cooling unit on the same wall as headboard so it blew in the face of person sleeping on that end. poor design. 3. Very small restroom.
