I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Alamosa, Colorado, and I must say it was an outstanding experience. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Nadia, who provided exceptional service throughout our stay. Nadia, the front desk staff member, was an absolute delight. She was warm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. She efficiently checked us in and ensured that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Her attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel welcomed and valued as guests. Unfortunately, during our stay, an unexpected emergency occurred, completely unrelated to the hotel or its staff. However, the way the hotel staff handled the situation was truly remarkable. They demonstrated a high level of professionalism and care, making our safety and well-being their top priority. The entire staff, from the front desk to the management, displayed genuine concern and attentiveness. They consistently checked on us to ensure we were okay and provided any assistance we required. It was incredibly comforting to know that they were there for us during such a challenging time. Speaking of the management, George, the manager of Comfort Inn and Suites, was actively engaged with guests throughout our stay. He took the time to personally apologize for the inconvenience caused by the emergency situation, even though it was beyond their control. His genuine empathy and understanding reflected a commitment to guest satisfaction and creating a positive experience. Aside from the exceptional service we received, the hotel itself was fantastic. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a restful night's sleep after a long day of travel. The amenities offered were also excellent, including the complimentary breakfast which had a wide variety of options to suit everyone's taste. The location of the hotel was convenient.

we absolutely loved the staff!! they were all so kind. everyone there took pride in their job and the rooms were cleaned with high standards. the staff did wonderful with breakfast. they continued to cook and fill the hot breakfast until 9. they didn’t leave anyone without breakfast.

The company could add in more noise reduction between rooms. the people upstairs sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling. we could hear the laundry and the guests in the room next door talking quietly to each other.

This place was amazing! Nice and clean, comfortable beds. Great breakfast! And a special shout out to Sara over in breakfast. She is the sweetest, most kind lady we have ever met in our lives! She made our stay and Kingston’s first trip one to remember! We will come back just to see her! And front desk plus housekeeping is the best people as well! Thank you all for an amazing stay!!

We loved everything! Perfect

Clean, modern motel with nice facilities. They offered a nice breakfast with good coffee.

Parking was not good. It was hard to find a good parking spot as the building(s) fill most of the lot. There was an extended gravel lot for semis but it wasn't suitable for cars.

Nice breakfast, friendly staff. The pool and jacuzzi were somewhat dirty, but useable. Just having the jacuzzi was a relaxing feature that I was pleased to have.

The door on the front side wouldn't lock properly, and made me unsure about safety during the night.

Staff was very friendly. My teenage kids liked the pool. Breakfast was good. Shower was nice and hot! Room was big.

Only problems were that the couch in the room was kind of broken down and only one tv worked. We were only watching one anyway, so it was ok

Location great. Also the breakfast was outstanding. Lots of choices for everyone.

Exit/Entrance door to building close to our room only opened part of the time. Had to walk around to the front desk entrance.

Breakfast was wonderful. Ms.Valdez, an employee, was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. She was polite and made sure or family was happy with everything.

The couch in our room was dirty and the pull out bed mattress had painful springs. The couch needs a thorough cleaning with safe, per friendly cleaning supplies.

The staff is great and super friendly. They will go beyond to accommodate your stay. I was amazed by their friendliness. The breakfast ladies are great and are always stocking up what's running out. They also let you know that whatever is not there will be right out.

What I didn't like was that the pool seemed dirty.

Great breakfast! Easy to find hotel. Very quiet overnight.

Room was dated. There was evidence of water damage that needed painted or wallpapered over. Shower floor was clean but looked dirty because it was older.
