Breakfast food was good, better than average. The breakfast staff was excellent!

The mattress on the sofa bed was pretty much spring coils wrapped in about a half inch of foam. I wish they would provide a mattress pad. When I called to ask about one, they simply stated that all of the bedding I would need was included in a package that I could pick up at the front desk. There was no mattress pad.

I liked breakfast and the bed was very comfortable. The rooms are a good size. Friendly staff for the most part. I felt welcome.

Housekeeping was a little rude and I needed a late check out and they wouldn't let me. I don't understand why my key didn't work on the side doors. I couldn't go smoke without getting locked out.

Easy fast check in, simple nice breakfast options, very friendly staff, clean, comfy beds with an option to change the softness by requesting the mattress pad to be removed for a more firm mattress.

Just wish the pool was open later... but no complaints at all. Had a lovely stay.

This was one of my favorite hotels! I loved the breakfast options! They give you complimentary snacks and cookies when checking in. The pool/hot tub were wonderful. The beds were luxurious. The soap and lotion (Dove) were better than any other hotels. I will try to stay in a Holiday Inn going forward!

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. Wish the price were more affordable, but all nice hotels in this area are comparable.

The breakfast was amazing! Hot food choices, great variety, pancake machine :), juices, milks fruit, bagels, etc. Really well done! We traveled with our pets, and the pet facilities were wonderful. The pool and hot tub were great; clean, convenient and the hours were not ridiculously restrictive. Staff was friendly and helpful. Truly enjoyed our stay!

The bed was the most comfortable, the hot tub and pool was great and the breakfast was awesome . People at the front desk were very welcoming

The spa tub wasn't sanitized and cleaned throughly so wasn't able to utilize the spa tub in our room and the jets in the hot tub wasn't nothing to write home about either. Was like a hot bathtub.

Exactly as advertised. Clean, comfortable room at a pet friendly hotel. I travel with my dog and this was a great place for us.

The price seemed expensive, but I think it was college graduation weekend and I'm still adjusting to 2023 inflation pricing.

The hallways and rooms could definitely use some updating! The rate was pretty expensive given the area.

The staff,the breakfast, and it was my daughter's 18th birthday, and we needed this family time and much needed rest for the family. And the kids and I loved the hot tub

This particular hotel had a few rooms available. All other hotels/motels were very fair priced but all booked. Our destination was still a few hrs into the mountains so get our groceries here in Alamosa. We were all wore completely out and needed a room. I understood that I should have planned ahead. The years past we’ve never had a problem with unplanned lodging. $100-$140 is the average that I’ve always paid. This room was $289.00 with a broken Ice machine. And I had to park unsecured in the street. I felt a gouged on the price but the beds and shower were nice.
