Cleanliness. I asked the dieskk clerk on arrival "is this new"? She informed me it was eight years old. She said we try to keep it clean. They do! There was a movie theatre just off the property. We saw The Sound of Freedom. An exceptional movie that enhanced on stay. Alamosa has several good reatuarants downtown. The reason for stoppng here was to visit the Sand Dunes the next day. NOT TO BE MISSED! Very interesing and beautiful. The exhibit shop should be the first stop before you go to the dunes to gain a better appreciation of the experience.

Very poor. Food was not good nor was it adequate. A family including small children had nothing. This was an hour before closing. I felt badly enough for them I addressed the young lady in charge.

Very friendly, helpful staff. The facility was clean and nice. The beds were extremely comfortable except for the pillows. The bathroom was very nice. Very clean. And very big. It's big enough for two adults to get ready for the day at the same time. We could hear a little noise from the highway, but the hallways were quiet, and we rested well.

It was a little pricey compared to others like it in the area. And it could do with some softer pillows.

The room was very clean and large enough. I like that breakfast was included. The lobby was welcoming and roomy.

The person at the check in desk could have been more friendly. The elevators were not working which was somewhat inconvenient. It would have been nice if there were more a few more food options at breakfast. Also, whilst eating, there was no wait person who checked to see if everything was up to par.

Great location!

The room was advertised incorrectly. We got only one bed instead of the two that advertised and when we tried to make changes to get a room with two beds we were told it was not possible. There wasn’t even a sofa bed like it advertised.

Breakfast was good just wish they had plenty of it. The location was perfect.

Didn’t like that the room didn’t come with black out curtains and at breakfast they didn’t bring out more food when the trays were empty.

Clean smell throughout the property. The clean and comfortable room. The easy check-in. The friendly and helpful staff.

Ran out of shower soap first night we were there but was addressed quickly by front desk staff. Would recommend in wall amenities like this be checked and/or replaced before new guests with a full bottle.

Everything highly recommend, got to ask for a certain room on certain floor and staff made it happen no problems

Prices are way to high not suitable if anyone plans a long stay good for 1 to 2 days tops

The breakfast had a good selection but not super fresh by the time we got down to eat.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was quiet.

My wife and arrived. The party who greeted us was very professional. She told us Fairfield up graded our room to a suite and the price stayed the same. We really appreciated it. You can be sure we will book again. Thanks to all the staff.
