This is my second time at this location. The staff has always been professional and very patient while addressing my concerns. The cleanliness has maintained my expectations of Hyatt Hotels. Although a simple thing to take note of, I was in awe of the modernized style of the shower itself. Without realizing it, I had reserved a Suite Room instead of a Guest Room. I was pleasantly surprised about the kitchenette. It was quite spacious. Not only did it have the typical mini-fridge and microwave, the "Wow" factors were the stove-top and dishwasher. There were even plates, utensils and pots & pans available. I think Hyatt House has spoiled me now as far as Hyatt Hotels go. And I think the Suite Room has spoiled me as well as far as accommodations. If I remember correctly, I paid perhaps a $50 difference. Were I to need to utilize the kitchenette for an extended visit, the added cost would be well worth it for me.

The location may be one drawback for some guests. Some may view it's close vicinity to where the homeless may roam as a questionable variable. However, it's location makes it ideal for any guests that may need to be close by if they have family members admitted in one of the many hospitals across the street. Location would definitely pose as a Love/Hate relationship.

The room I was shown (pictures on internet through booking.com) was not the room I was charged for.... Hyatt said there were discrepancies with Booking.com website! The owner was there and gave me the room in the pictures (website) for no increase in charges!Pleased with the way the place looked and everything there!

Crime ridden area..... Kia was stolen- from the parking lot the night before we got there! The bartender knew what he was doing? Ordered 27.05 for supper for a couple things and gave him a 100.00 bill..... told him to make it 34.00 (with tip) and he gave me 34.00 dollars back? Good thing I looked at my change - don't know. HOW HE FIGURED- other than that food was good!

we liked the property, very clean, and nice staff.

the most unfortunate part was that our room reservation was not available when we arrived, even though we booked through booking.com, had the reservation, was not available upon arrival. after over an hour and being placed in two different rooms with only a queen bed for a family of 5, and after the manager MAGICALLY found a room that we had reserved and paid for… our stay was better. for future reference please honor and accommodate the reservations that are made ahead of time. this was a huge inconvenience for my family.

the breakfast was good; but the front desk told us we could go on over to the breakfast at 6:15 since some stuff was out. but when we went over the kitchen manager threw a fit and did not respond very nicely about us having taken some stuff. If they don't want anyone using it before time they should put a rope across or something other than the little sign which we didn't see.

having to use the card to open everything. I know security issues in the past few years have created these problems but it's annoying. I had signed up for the room on booking.com and I had a medical appt. and they wouldn't let me use the discount that they give for medical by signing up online.

it’s a beautiful place, our room was very clean and attractive. This is an extremely pet friendly place. We were traveling with our dogs and saw quite a few other people with dogs. I didn’t see anywhere specific to take the dogs to use the bathroom but that wasn’t a problem for us or our dogs. The breakfast was good and we had drinks but no food at the bar. the staff was very friendly and the people staying here were too. we used the pool and actually had it to ourselves. the water temperature was good and there is a lift. there is also a very nice gym but we didn’t have time to use it.

Hubby and I were in Denver area for four days to visit our son. The hotel was very conveniently located. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was very nice.

Since I was traveling in the winter I packed my winter clothes which are bulky and decided to leave my Bible at home assuming there would be one in the hotel room. I searched all the drawers and didn't find one. I was disappointed when I checked with the front desk to find there isn't any their either for the guest to use. Thankfully I did have the Bible app downloaded on my phone.

The hotel is the perfect location if you or a family member need to use the UC Health Anschutz medical facilities. It is a 3 minute drive to the hospital. They offer a free breakfast buffet and provide free parking for guests. The double queen suite was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the extra space this room offers as well as the kitchenette.

The breakfast buffet was average. The eggs left something to be desired and the variety throughout the week was minimal. However, that being said. We appreciated having the breakfast included iwith our stay.

Breakfast was great they had some good selections. I really liked that I could cook a meal in my room. The small kitchen was perfect enough to cook a great meal. Down stairs had a grill which made it more awesome. Staff was friendly. Was a little concern as our security guard actually carries a firearm but another than that at least I felt safe.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice lobby, very nice rooms.

The only thing detracting from out visit was the trash outside the front entrance. When we arrived at about 2 pm the trash can located right by the front door was overflowing onto the sidewalk. When we left at about noon the next day, the trash was still there. Also, apparently only one section of the parking is monitored via camera. The hotel is in an area where one would feel much more confident if parking were more secure.

The hotel was gorgeous and immaculate. The breakfast was OUTSTANDING, best ever of anywhere I have stayed !!!!!!!!!!!!!

There was some trouble processing the CC at check in and the clerk showed no concern to rectify the situation. He basically was ready to turn us away instead of figuring out how to get us checked in.
