I’m a travel RN so I’ve stayed in quite a few hotels and traveling alone I felt very safe and comfortable enough to come out of room for breakfast. This was a late last minute booking and I needed a late checkout for my night shift instead of having to pay for an extra day. Dominion (I hope that’s right) was very helpful and kind and allowed accommodations for me as to where another staff member refused to even try to accommodate or didn’t seem to even care

There was a staff member at reception that was very dismissive and uncaring. Hospitality should not be her business

Because of a change in my medical appointments at UC Health, I had to change my reservation 4 days prior to arrival. I called the Spring Hill Suites location directly. I specifically asked if I needed a confirmation number for the change and was told I did not. The check in desk was very busy when I arrived and discovered the reservation had been completely cancelled. After a slight wait, a senior receptionist remedied the mistake by a room upgrade. What a relief during a very stressful time. Thank you so much.

The breakfast was excellent!!!! It was a little difficult manuevering around chairs and other people with a walker. Other than that the Breakfast was excellent. The Staff was also excellent

Having Parkinsons is my issue, but your Staff steppped up without asking for assistance in every way possible to help . They were amazing

the room was very spacious. the beds were comfortable. the staff was amazing. the breakfast was delicious! our room had plumbing issues and we were moved to another room with no issues.

the swimming pool was small, the water was ice cold, and the swimming room was very hot. the fitness room was tiny and not a lot of options. the fridge was dirty in my room.

The staff was always so friendly including the house keeping. I liked the fact that I could set how often the cleaning staff came into our room. The breakfast was super yummy and filling.

The three C's: Clean, Quiet, Comfortable. Nothing to complain about

Parking. Could use a few more spaces.

The breakfast food was fresh, healthy, and delicious. Dorian at the front desk ultimately found my Booking.Com reservation even though my last name was misspelled. The fitness room was clean with a variety of machines and weights. It was nice to have two sinks in our bedroom. Thank you!

Loved the location as I was there for medical appointments across at UC. The staff were both very friendly and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean with housekeeping personnel friendly, helpful, and very thorough.

I really had no dislikes during my 9 day stay.

We liked the location with easy access to 70 and the affordability for quality. Oatmeal bar is great. The staff was friendly.

The coffee was burned. Breakfast needs water easily available. The pool heater was not working or not in operation so our child could not swim.

It's good but the only thing is everyday always has eggs need something different

Another I don't like is I see a partner with a dog and when I walking in the hall stairs they come in and the dog he try to como with am scared also I see the dog shook and spit out.. ani think you have to care more when you guys have people with dog because it's another thing me and my daughter was sleeping and I see she has hair of cat or dog I don't know I tell do you see a dog or some cat.. and she tell me no .. so asking why you have hair .. and she tell I don't know..
