I enjoyed the king size bed it was comfortable The Breakfast was amazing good it was very clean 😌

I got bite by something very itchy and pus leakage I almost feel like it was possible a bed bug, or maybe a spider over all I enjoyed the stay the cable was ok not enough channels to choose from and no information on what the show was 🤔I also noticed on my emails there was a reservation from Ontario Canada that I'm hoping I wasn't charged for that was strange and the communication was unsatisfying it was very hard to get a hold of Booking.com I probably will not use it anymore I will go straight through the hotel next time.

Unfortunately the hot breakfast was normal, which is to say not good, as all hotel “food service” type hot breakfasts just aren’t very good. All dry stuff and fruits etc were fine and plenty. Location great. The obvious transient and homeless population of the area was not settled on your property. I walked the dog three or four times a day so I can say that your ground were safe and clean.

The bed height was too high for me to sit on, I had to clamber to get in. 6 inches lower would be nicer.

Best included with stay breakfast of the trip (four hotels). Really impressed by the little omelettes. Coffee could be a little better. Great room layout. The bench with hooks over it is brilliant!

Check in wait and indifferent staff. While we waited in line to check in with three other groups of travelers, two employees were standing to the side chatting. The woman working the front desk alone was stressed and didn't offer us information or a smile.

It was a very clean, nice room. I felt very safe there, which is important to me being solo in that area. It had great shower and bath products :). Mostly it was a place to crash for just one night before appointment.

I had a room on the street side of the hotel and I don't exactly recommend that location. It was very constant traffic noise and loud, though the fan did help at night. The eggs at breakfast were good, but I didn't care for the sausage and it was very cold despite being in a warming tray.

Not very far drive from the Denver International Airport. Good breakfast (eggs, milk, yogurt, fruit, cereal etc), nice eating area. Nice swimming pool and sauna. Clean room. Not very long driving distance from center of the Denver city center.

You could hear the very loud car traffic outside. Could use the ear plugs, but was too tired to ask for these.

When I checked out on September 18th I did not receive my incidentals back on my card. And I followed up with my bank a few times and the Hotel and the Hotel wants to speak with my bank and they said that they don’t keep no records of incidentals and as of of today my $50 is still pending!

Close to Children's Hospital and offer fiscounted rate for those there for medical visits and family of those there for medical visits. Just need to go directly through hospital for discount and not Booking. Great breakfast that changes slightly daily.

Coffee in the room isn't the greatest and ice is only available on 2 floors in 2 locations. No vending machines.

ALL staff was great starting with our check in with Bernadette.

Just an FYI the fire door in the pool area may not lock properly. One morning someone NOT staying at the hotel had access to sauna and pool but quickly exited the back emergency door.

Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and extremely helpful

My only complaint was the bathroom in my room was a huge step down when getting out

The room I booked was clean and large with two bathrooms! The staff are nice even we checked in in the midnight. Also, the breakfast was awesome!!
