Excellent hotel for the Price! Hot breakfast, outdoor pool and hot tub . The pool and hot tub are small but adequate. There is a tree growing right next to the pool area which causes the pool to be littered with leaves. I did a quick clean up with the provided leaf removal net and all was fine Walking distance to great food &dispensary. There are more shopping options like target, movie theaters, and restaurants only a few miles away as well. The room I stayed in was clean and quiet. I specifically requested a quieter room and was happy the hotel accommodated this request. I will definitely be back to stay at this location next time I visit family in Boulder.

Leaves in the pool. But not that big of a deal

I was warmly welcomed by Mark upon check-in. All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The location was close to restaurants. The quaint downtown area was a lovely 2-mile walk away, but if you wanted to hire Lyft or Uber, they were readily available. The only room option was a handicapped-accessible room, which turned out to be a bonus, since the bathroom was very roomy. The pool and hot tub looked clean and inviting, but I did not have time to partake.

I was not disappointed with anything.

What a beautiful property!  Lovely room, super clean, and very comfy beds as well as really nice breakfast the next morning! Front desk staff was professional, friendly and very helpful. Particularly Rachel who checked us in and out— after we left and got to the airport we realized we were missing a sentimental item. Rachel went and personally checked the room and with the staff. Excellent above and beyond customer service! We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to the Boulder area!

It was very convenient being right next to a dispensary, and a couple food spots all in the same area that is a few minute walking distance from this establishment!!! The view was just enough to see the mountains which was my absolute favorite part! And at the time we were there for our stay there was PLENTY of parking for the vehicles all around us so it wasn’t to crowded everyone still had enough room to be comfortable!!!

Wish it had a smoke friendly section to sit around outside. Maybe just a bench or two by the parking lot and on the side of the building away from the door!!

THE BREAKFAST IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Hot breakfast with real eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, cereal, yogurt…Best hotel I’ve stayed at in a very long time. Fresh coffee in the lobby anytime of day. The staff are amazing, felt like family. The rooms are clean and well stocked. Fridge/microwave in the room. Beds are super comfy. Very quiet hotel! Dog friendly too. Location is perfect, walking distance to everything and the bike path takes you all the way into Boulder. I 100% recommend staying here…and the price is right!!

I loved everything…but the pool/hot tub are seasonal and closed when we stayed. Not disappointed but it definitely would have been nice to use the hot tub.

I do not remember her name. She was older gray haired lady who works in the kitchen. She always comes around asking how was our breakfast and if there is anything she could get for us. She always has a smile on her face and says good morning when we enter the breakfast area. She makes us fee very welcomed. This is our second stay at this hotel and it is always a joy to see her. She is a treasure.

Breakfast had lots of options, including hot items, protein, and fruit. Also, Nutella! Staff was helpful when Mom inadvertently locked me out. Lobby and room were clean, quiet, and comfortable.

Room had an intense perfume or scented cleaning product odor when we arrived. A few hours of running the fan with the window open improved it greatly, but there was also a lot of wildfire smoke so that was a trade off.

Room wasn't cleaned during stay, not very good during the flu season and Covid crisis. That leads to germs, from rooms to elevator to breakfast area, etc. No plunger in room, toilet overflowed twice due to poor plumbing , no cleaning people around, when I did see someone, they didnt understand my language , USA speaks English. People at front desk and breakfast area were very helpful and could communicate.

I have stayed here several time this summer and it is always a great place to stay. The front desk staff for both the day time and night time are always super friendly and always greet you in a cheerful manner. I like to get the King Suit when I stay here it is like having a mini living room and very comfy!! I have 100% nothing bad to say about this Best Western and I have stayed at a lot of Best Westerns this summer From Colorado, Nebraska and Wyoming and this one is by far my favorite one!!!!!

The hotel was great in general, environment, staff was great and carer, clean, breakfast, cookies at night, price, cero noises. If we ever go back to Denver we will definitely stay there again.

It is far from downtown but next to a huge shopping center. We didn’t need anything that wasn’t there.
