Holiday Inn Express & Suites Broomfield, an IHG Hotel

Location was ok. Very clean, good breakfast, parking was ok. Staff that we interfaced with was friendly and easy to speak with.

The AC in our room was not working correctly. It would come on for a few minutes then not come on again. I brought up the problem with the front desk but the problem was not resolved in two following days of our stay.

the breakfast was the only thing that was not acceptable. The first morning, it was fine. The rest of the time we were there it was unacceptable and we all went out to breakfast. We did check every morning and it never got any better.

food selection was extremely limited and the choices were awful. Even taking in consideration the restrictions from the Covid situation, it was not acceptable. There are plenty of places close to the hotel that served delicious meals with a great variety. I would discontinue the free breakfast and just let people get their own outside of the hotel. Even though it is "free breakfast" I am sure it is factored in the overall price.

Rooms are beautiful and the hotel is quite new and modern. Nice quiet area with food and shopping nearby and a view of mountains and fields from the side with the freeway which doesn't really cause a problem as it's not terribly close.

We had a bit of a mixup on the room type for our kids room (my reservation was correct on my end so not sure where it was switched to a king room insteadof a double) and had to work it out with a Booking.com agent. One of the rooms was clean so we used that when we checked in in the afternoon. It was all sorted out though and everything else was great. Only one person staffing breakfast made it a bit slow. They have two hot items daily plus cinnamon rolls and other basic breakfast items.

This is a good location to be in. The earth movers and other equipment broke the silence in the morning in front of our side of the building. 😟 That, of course, can’t be stopped.

The lobby and especially the dining room were kept a little too cool. The breakfast food was good.

The location was great as my son lives across the street. it was easy to find. The staff was super friendly. The really made us feel comfortable and assisted with all our requests. We’ll definitely recommend it to our friends when they visit the area.

The staff = super friendly. everything is new and clean. breakfast is awesome - good for all ages. they have laundry, a pool, gym, hot tub, ice machines, tvs and plenty of parking. thoughtful staff

Good breakfast! Love the eggs-and-cheese 'blintz"! LOVE the shower products! No small bottles.

Nothing really! But some things you might think of: changing up the breakfast, if possible? Wish you recycled more (plastic, compost).

Great location (close to downtown, red rocks amp., and RMNP). Good hot breakfast! Large room! Great mountain views from parts of the hotel

Crappy pillows

Location was great along with having hotel facilities open such as the pool and hot tub! Parking was easy, breakfast was good and the value we paid was worth it. I especially liked the stand up desk offered in the room!

For longer stays silverware and plates could've been provided in the room especially since a microwave is offered and I feel like more guests are eating in their room due to Covid.

the storage was great. the room was large and clean. the bathroom was organized and clean. great shower! The bed was very comfortable. Bedside table had charging plug. Very convenient location. parking was always available and close.

The first night I heard a mechanical humming noise that was bothersome.
