If you are looking for a comfortable room to only sleep while you enjoy the attractions around Cañon City, this is the place. Comfortable bed, linen was brand new and much better than any other Chain hotel in the city, strong shower with hot water, pillows and towels all very clean. Nice option of Cable TV channels and they even have a EV Charger which we could use for our vehicle.

A/C in our room wasn’t working but they mentioned they are changing it and renovating for all rooms.

This is a very clean & comfortable place to stay. The owner was extremely nice.

The place was just fine. No complaints for us.

Owner gave me a discount for the 6 day stay. Also I enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic table under a shade tree...perfect. One block away was drive through coffee vendor which was convenient every morning. Very convenient to have night stand electrical outlet for various chargers that I needed to plug in. Owners seemed very attentive to keeping grounds and room in good order

Lighting in the room was adequate but not too bright

This motel was exactly what my sister and I needed...nothing fancy, clean, good shower, air conditioner, TWO comfy queen beds, a good night's sleep, and a rate that made it possible for us to take this little getaway!! The staff/owners were very kind and personable as well... We got all this for two nights at what the other motels were offering for 2 nights, 1 full size bed, and a pull-out couch!!! THANK YOU for making our vacation happen!

This motel is great for the person who loves the retro feeling of travel as it used to be. The bonus is that place was kept up and the rooms are CLEAN, the 60's facilities work, the sheets are NOT threadbare, the towels are plush, and the family that seems to run the operation is genuinely happy to have you as a guest and appreciate their efforts. SO REFRESHING in this day of mass indifference.!i

I can think of no improvement needed in this budget price place.

While this hotel was built long ago, great care has been taken to update and modernize each room. Comfortable mattress, great linen, air conditioning, updated bathroom and shower, refrigerator, cable TV, and microwave in the room as well. Very comfortable and provided the rest I needed.

The sign on each door indicates a non-smoking room. Mine still had the aroma of nicotine throughout.

Expectations! This is not a 5-star resort. What it is, is a VERY nice 50's/60's style drive-up motel. Extremely clean. The staff is considerate, friendly and accommodating. You park in front of your room. You use a regular key on a key fob. If this motel was on Route 66, it would be packed every night. If you want hallway access to your room with credit card entry and a free breakfast there are plenty of those in Canon City. If you want a good, clean room with nostalgia, this is it. It all depends on your expectations. For the price this motel cannot be beat. The room was very clean. The beds were comfortable. My wife had to get used to plugging in her hair dryer on an outlet attached to the light over the sink. Have not seen one of those in years. Did not bother me one bit. That is the way it used to be. Good, Affordable, Clean place to stay.

No negative comments. We were quite pleased.

This is an older facility that has been well maintained but still has the "quaint" feel that I much enjoy. I travel by motorcycle, and so a Motel (aka motor-hotel where I can park directly in front of my room is my preference and that is the design of Travel Inn. It is family run and the folks could not be nicer. It will be my go-to when I'm in the area.

Zero complaints!

The room is a little bit tight but very clean. Comfy bed, great place to crash in after a long day of outdoors fun. Very strategic location for the outdoors activity. All family fun is within 15 to 20 minutes drive.

We were just unfortunate that the smoking area and our room is perfectly aligned with the wind direction. Vapors from e-cigar is comin into our room.

I really loved the great hospitality by John. He was very helpful and courteous. He gave us a lot of great insight on things to do. If we needed something or had questions he was always there to assist us. I would definitely stay there again. It was a great hotel to stay in and was close to everything we wanted to visit. Loved the sights in Canon City, Colorado Springs, and Manitou Springs.

I don’t think i have any complaints or things I didn’t like.
