the staff was super friendly and we had no complaints! everyone was so nice (even through my husband and I enjoying our drinks so much we can be silly and annoying after as many as we had 😂). the room itself was wonderful and we were upgraded upon arrival as they had them available on a Monday which was the nicest surprise- we have never been upgraded anywhere before! thank you all, it was the best experience.

absolutely no complaints. we could not order from the restaurant before they closed and had to go elsewhere but we totally understood and realized we had lost track of time. next time we’ll make it!

Very clean rooms and check in staff were excellant. Would recommend your hotel to everyone but would not recommend your restaurant.

Restaurant staff were terrible. We tried to have breakfast on Sunday morning, however, we were not waited on at all. We left and went across the street where them waited on us. The waitress at your cafe saw us standing there for over 15 minutes and did not ever acknowledge us. An older gentleman just wanted in and went to the back and talked to the wait staff and sat down. We will never go to the restaurant ever because we will not be treated this way. Our money spends every the same. Please try to correct this issue for future patrons.

Staff was efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. A lot of twist and turns to get to the room but the building dates back to the 1800’s. The room was very clean, bed was comfortable. Free breakfast through the casinos players card was an added plus. it’s so convenient to gamble and go upstairs to go to sleep in the wee hours of the morning.

the customer service at check in was incredible. she upgraded our room to a suite and made sure we knew all the ins and outs of the property

this was a hotel with a casino. we gambled all night and I never saw a cocktail waitress. I even went directly to the bar and nobody ever appeared to serve me. The restaurant was closed for evening meals. we ended up going across the street for drinks and dinner.. and continued gambling there.

The room was clean very large and furnished beautifully. The beds are extremely comfortable and they give you four fluffy pillows on each bed. Having a refrigerator and a dining table was also a nice touch. They also give you a free breakfast in the morning.

The biggest complaint is that there was absolutely no HOT water. I had to take a cold shower. I would expect at least semi hot water in shower. Even the sink tap only had mild warm water. Also don't joke around with the bartender or she will accuse you if slurring and cut you off.

Barb at the front desk was SUPER!! She got someone to carry our bags up to our room. She gave me credit voucher of $ for dinner that evening for my birthday that was that week. She let me pick my free gift for birthday, and had a wonderful smile.

The bed had a wood frame that stuck out past the mattress. I actually tripped feel face down on my hands and knees. My husband who is handicapped also hit his knee on his corner of the wood frame also, as it stuck out too far. Barb at the front desk was extremely wonderful when we checked in, and booking online did not give the information about handicapped rooms, and they were all gone.

The hotel staff was excellent! Clean facilities. The restaurant staff was exceptional and menu items were value priced. And you can't beat the location-- in a valley with the Rockies all round. Quaint shops.

There isn't a thing we didn't like.

The hotel room was awesome! We loved how spacious it is, and the beds are by far the most comfortable hotel beds I have ever slept in. The pillows are of good quality also.

The breakfast ok, but the wait staff were very forgetfull, and didn't seem to fill our waters much.

Nice room clean and comfortable good parking easy access to everything great location with lots of beautiful scenery lot of history to look at with musem and information places will come back again good time.

Not a lot of luck with the slot machines played a lot of different ones just not a lot of getting anything good going with all of the playing.

ALL staff and food Excellent. Gaming choices also good. Room good sized and clean.

Room (209) was over gaming machines and easily audible from room until about midnite. We will ask for a different room location next visit. Probably not worth mentioning, but we did get a laugh @ $130+ a night you would think you could spring for toilet paper that wasn't single ply. Just sayin'.
