Microwave/Fridge in the room, large pool

Hot tub was EXTREMELY hot. We were sweating and dizzy after 5 minutes despite being fine in our previous hotels hot tub. On site restaurant wasn’t staffed well, no one seated us the first day after waiting 10+ minutes and looking around. So we went elsewhere. Some of the ice machines didn’t work, at least one per floor. We had to get ice on floor 2 (ground) every morning. Being right next to a highway, a bit noisy.

Room was clean bed was comfortable you get cookies when you check out. Staff was nice

Price for room was ridiculous. If you're thirsty, you should probably avoid the bar. I had a double screwdriver and it cost me $20 plus tip. Nice place but your paying for the name. No better than most rooms I've stayed in for 1/2 the price.

Staff of the hotel was very kind. Bed very comfortable, room well equipped with necessary products. The facility in general looks nice and neat. Positive aspect was shuttle to the airport.

The breakfast could have been more diverse. The room hasn't been clean properly - there was some old food in the fridge and rubbish under bed. The lighting in the room could have been better.

The amenities where fantastic and my wife loves the cookies!

I noticed on more than one occasion where room service was placed outside the guests room and sat there for more than 8 hours stinking up the hallway. We stayed in room 330 and the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work.

Updated lobby that was very large and Preston’s. A great view of the mountains and courtyard.

One of the queen beds was stiff making it uncomfortable to sleep.

Didn’t have breakfast, there to have surgery in the morning so no food! Check in was a breeze very helpful front desk person!

Rooms a little out dated!

Delicious. Good variety of food. Liked you can order extra like cooked eggs to order or an omelet

Offer a continental breakfast free for everyone who books a room. Less expensive hotels have a free continental breakfast

Clean comfortable super large pool

Well I asked about a room rate for a baseball teM I was co. I need to watch. They had a block of rooms and didn't give me the room rate. No cookies when we got in. And the team got bothers for breakfast. I also wasn't asked for those. I did tell them and they said they didn't have anything. It was about 40 dollars a night cheaper than what I paid. Then when asked to extend our stay by one more night they wNt to charge me the same amount even when I could find it xheaper on line.

Location was perfect so much to do in just walking distance

Found many strands of hair throughout room and bathroom that were not ours, so a little disturbing there, but also I get it, I have long hair too

I have stayed here a few times now!! I absolutely love it!! the heated pool is a plus!! the staff is very helpful and friendly
