Great Wolf Lodge Colorado Springs

I loved the water park and the location. We had a room facing the beautiful mountain so after the fun we were able to enjoy looking at the scenery of Colorado Springs.

Having to walk through the activities that aren’t covered by the hotel stay to get to the water park was challenging because the kids want to do all the other fun things as well but it would have cost an additional $75 each.

The water park had a very strong bleach smell. They did have a lot for the kids to enjoy. Vending machines isn’t your traditional vending machine. They link your key room to use at vending machines but the ones I tried to use didn’t recognize my key. Frustrating to say the least.

Breakfast fruit and cinnamon roll were good. I didn't love the eggs, (overcooked); sausage was greasy, I prefer maple sausage. Iced tea wasn't great. I'd love it if they offered carrot juice, or grapefruit juice.

Breakfast food quality and no room service for food. We travelled with a toddler so it would have been nice to have the option of ordering from our room.

Location was perfect for where we needed to be! We were attending a wedding in Black Forest and the hotel was only 15minute drive to the venue. Also, only 15 minutes from Garden of the Gods!

I was bummed that the fitness center was closed due to covid. CO does not require masks, and the water park was open, but fitness center was not? Just did not make sense to me.

Kids thought the food was less tasty than it should be for the prices. They said it was "overpriced cafeteria food from school"

The staff was excellent every place we went. The lifeguards were attentive, friendly, and professional. Everyone was so helpful.

Food was pricey- but it is anywhere now and portions were big. So not really a big deal.

The indoor waterpark definitely exceeded our expectations! The rock climbing, sky walk , bowling and mini golf were also an added bonus to the water park.

The staff! They were so content with their jobs that it showed from check-in to check out.

The staff was incredibly accommodating. There was minimal accommodation for adult travelers. I had a class that I needed to teach and did not have a business center to do so.

Very family oriented. Staff are very courteous and professional. Michael the front desk clerk who checked us in was very professional and when I requested if we can check in early they accommodated us.
