I really like the breakfast. The room was nice

Very comfortable very clean and the absolute best free breakfast we have ever eaten. The cooks or kitchen aides need recognized and a big thank you from us. Loved the bed and TV.

We didnt have any complaints, everything seemed perfect for price. We didn't feel too comfortable when the homeless was sitting in tge parking lot. Then watched them carry their things in the same door we were going in and out of. We came in one night at almost midnight and the outside doors were still unlocked. We value saftey. I really thought we were gonna get a better view since we stayed 4 nights and 5 days. It was our first trip to Colorado.

House keeping was absolutely amazing. I love how the staff works together. Some of the employees do not speak English and I got to use my translation on my phone for the first time ( please do don't make them feel like it's a inconvenience) if you have a cell phone,use the translation app. The woman at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Very accommodating. Jerry is my favorite! We moved here on a plane straight from NY with our son. This is our first taste of this state and this hotel made us feel so welcome. The staff works extremely hard for breakfast. I have been up every morning and they work so hard at replacing everything so quick. Alot goes unnoticed because there is so much traffic and new people. I just want to say how proud I am of this establishment. A hot tub, a pool ( my 4 year old can actually touch the bottom) a gym and a washer and dryer ( saved our life) for people staying for a few Days at a time? This is the place you want to be. If you need something replaced just call the front desk. They stay on top of everything! Not to mention pet friendly,we were able to move with our pet. I also did up our room for my husband's birthday ( we moved because he reports to fort Carson) we were here for a week and I made it feel like home!

That they ran out of pool towels ( because I accidentally kept taking them to my room) 🤣

The bed was comfortable and the room was large.

We asked for a quiet room so they put us in the front where the restaurant was just below in the atrium so you could hear everything as the noise echoed up in the atrium space. We could also hear people talking loudly late at night at the front desk which was also directly below us. The bathroom door would not close or stay open so you would have to use a towel to prop it open. Needs rehab or a new door. The elevator is in the back of the hotel so you must drive to the back to be close to the elevator and then must walk to the front to find the luggage cart. The set up of the hotel is strange.

Breakfast had a good selection for the limited variety and the room was nice and clean when we walked in, no problems with having to find clean sheets, although the tv remote was broken when we got in.

I do wish that the electronics were looked over before a new guest would come in since the tv remote wasn’t working when we came in. We also tried to install our personal gaming device and it wasn’t connecting to the tv.

Breakfast was good. Very clean and comfortable. We were there three nights, Location was good for what we were doing. A little difficult to get there -behind all the other businesses, but once we found it, there was not a problem. Close to shopping and dining options.

Breakfast, was good and plentiful, on our second morning, the hot foods were not available. The staff was short handed and kept busy cleaning up after rude and messy customers. They were not able to refill. There were some odd people sleeping outside all three nights. The last night, our sleep was disturbed several times with people knocking at our door, and rattling the handle. Was a little scary. Almost called front desk at 3 AM, when the disturbance stopped..

The 2nd day of our stay we went swimming and there were no towels clean to use. The front desk guy said they were all dirty and there weren't any more pool or room towels available anymore thatvtheyvran out

it was close to all the attractions we wanted to do. Great location.

I think the swimming pool needs to be updated. Breakfast was good just needs a little more variety and fresh fruits choices.

I would have read it as a 10 but when I called, they informed me that the Jacuzzi would be open and when I arrived, it was not open for the five days that I was there

Staff was super friendly, dog friendly but didn't "smell" or "look" pet friendly. The room was comfortable and clean, pool was well maintained and easy for the kids to enjoy. Breakfast was so good, lots of options for everyone. Quick stay, but I'd do a stay cation here again. Great location in Colorado Springs.

No complaints, a great go to for all of the family ,(2 and 4 legged) to enjoy.
