Facility was cleaned. the staff very professional and extremely helpful. Our room accommodation was great and from the room temperature to the bedding everything was beyond our expectations. We also enjoyed the breakfasts.

The room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The view was nice. We arrived early, but they checked us in anyway. Liked the counter space in bathroom and walk in shower.

The room seemed dark if you wanted to read. The mattress was too firm for our likes and backs, but recognize that's hard to meet everyone's mattress likes. The couch was long and hard. Not that comfortable for sitting. The closet had an odor so we didn't use it.

Everything was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the room exceptionally clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We needed a place to rest our heads after a concert nearby and this filled the ticket.

Everything was wonderful until early next morning. Could easily hear crying baby next door and loud children yelling at each other outside our first floor room. Maybe a higher floor would have been a bit more peaceful.

The layout of the room and the detailing of design gave a luxurious feel. The panels hiding the appliances and overall clean, modern look added to the feeling of retreat I was seeking in treating myself to a stay at a hotel.

I cannot think of anything which would have made my experience more enjoyable. I was surprised and impressed by the quality of the room, breakfast, and facilities.

The staff was exceptionally wonderful! we went to celebrate our 30th Anniversary in Colorado. the staff treated us like family, making our stay so amazing that we stayed an extra day. Thank you for making our stay feel like home. The hotel is extremely clean, food is amazing and staff is so friendly and kind. we will be back very soon! Thank you from Mike & Amy

Nothing to not like! This place was awesome

We loved the size of the room and the bonus rollout bed! Made having the whole family easier with our own areas. We really likes the location as it was so close to so many amenities and restaurants. The staff were all friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast attendant and bartenders.

The staff was wonderful. The guy that checked me in and the bartender Joy were awesome! There were a couple little kids that couldn't find their mom and Joy took such great care of the girls until their mom showed up. The bar was nice. You can walk to several restaurants. The rooms were big, new and modern and very clean. I will stay there again.

comfortable, well equipped room. breakfast was surprisingly good for a "included breakfast" hot food as well as the usual continental. great location, near everything we were looking for.

pool was tiny, no hot tub

I did not personally stay here. The suite was booked for my son's wedding night & the night after but he said everything was very nice.

The only issue i had was that a bottle of champagne was supposed to be on the room when they arrived but that didn't happen despite me making 2 phone calls to make sure it would be delivered.

Our front desk manager/bar tender was phenomenal. They were short staffed and he jumped in and took car of everyone everyday we were there. Laughing smiling the whole time!

That we were there 4 days and 3 nights with no maid service. We were fine with the towels but it would have been nice to come home and have beds made….
