location was excellent. you could easily walk to multiple restaurants and bars in cherry creek. from our sixth floor we had a beautiful view of the mountains after looking beyond the parking decks, the cherry creek mall and other clusters of buildings. LOL

the bathroom was a bit odd. the main door to the bathroom was a heavy glass barn door type , and amazingly heavy. it was awkward to open as the “handle” was just a depressed circle. inside the bathroom was a shower stall and toilet placed side by side and all encased in clear glass, both with saloon style swinging entrance door.

Lovely hotel. Very nice breakfast (not included), but food was very good. Staff is very helpful. Location was perfect for our family gathering- lots of shops and restaurants nearby and a pleasant area to walk around.

Two minor complaints. This may not bother most people, but the pillows are gigantic and I prefer a thin profile pillow. Most hotels provide some options in the closet. They did provide us with some softer pillows but they were still huge. Also there was no convenient place to hang bath towels. They didn’t seem to have the system of reusing towels unless they are left on the floor (I assume this saves water and heating fuel).

It was an amazing staying. The room is big enough, there is a refrigerator and a nespresso machine in each room. The Cherry Creek district is extremely safe so I felt comfortable exploring the city early in the morning or in the late evening. What was the most impressive to me is the personnel. They are so kind and welcoming. Whenever I had an ask or a question - they helped me. These guys really did their best to keep guests happy. Thank you for the staying, I hope to be back one day!

Everything was excellent

Love the rooms. They’re spacious compare to the hotels in the area. The filtered water throughout the property was also very convenient. Valet parking was always on time. The staff was always nice specially Jenn from the restaurant. The breakfast menu was absolutely amazing.

The dinner menu from the hotel’s restaurant. Very limited options mostly vegan. Not many options to choose from.

The bed was very comfortable and the corner room was quiet. We enjoyed the reusable glass water bottles and coffee machine. The hotel is in a great location. And the attached restaurant, Narrative, is very good.

There was a floor to ceiling window directly next to the toilet. Very odd. There was only a small wall unit for hanging clothing and it was tiny with odd dimensions. Not practical, especially for a business and/or "city" vacation.

This property has an amazing pool on the roof top. that turns into a lounge at night. less than a five minute walk to Cherry Creek Mall. this property is centrally located near many great dinning options. rooms are very nice and clean.

I really can’t say there was anything negative about this property. if I had to give an answer the one thing that might be a inconvenience to some but did not inconvenience me is that, the ice machine is only on the fourth floor.

Location and view ! Can’t beat it ! Mountains and downtown Denver out your window and Cherry Creek shopping and restaurants out the door.

Bathroom doors are weird 😞 Parking is high but comparable to every other hotel in Cherry Creek.

The location was good. The pool and breakfast was good. Valet parking was nice a little pricey

Had to call several times to fix our air conditioner. Room was hot. No block out curtains hard to nap during the day. Room was small for the price

Lovely hotel in the heart of Cherry Creek, surrounded by a hella lot restaurants, shopping, sites. Beautifully appointed, large rooms with separate bathroom (no tub), our room had a view of the skyline and nearby parking lot.

The location was perfect and it’s a very contemporary hotel with all the convenient facilities. The staff were great!

The pillows are too high and there was no remote control for the TV in the room. We called the front desk late at night to ask for one but now one answered. At least we were compensated for this inconvenience!…. We got a room facing a wall, with no view! We wondered if it was because we booked through booking.com instead of directly with the hotel? Overall it was a good experience and we would recommend the hotel!
