Just about everything. The room was so very comfortable after a long day of driving. The bed, chairs, bathroom, lighting, fan were just great. The breakfast was great, the garden peaceful with that hot tub and plenty of outdoor tables, a comfortable living room and dining room and especially a gorgeous victorian house. We felt like we were royalty in that house. The manager was very responsive to everything we needed, including an early bkfst before we went to the airport. It reminded us of an English b and b! And it was walking distance to the amazing Denver Botanical Gardens with complimentary entry with tickets provided by the Flora House.

We loved how cozy and how beautiful the property was with very thoughtful touches. The breakfast was hearty and they didn’t skim on the quality. We also appreciated the little touches like having glassware to drink out of in the room or a cabinet with anything we could have forgotten. I also appreciated talking with their staff: the innkeeper, Kate, who would jump to help us with anything and the management who were gracious to us when we booked the wrong date. You wouldn’t get an experience like this with the big box hotels.

We only struggled with parking the first night, so we had to walk a few blocks, but that was due to the left side of the parking needing to be for more compact cars, as someone had parked wonky.

Cont. breakfast was beautifully presented; I liked the days with a pastry better than those without; didn't need the cold cuts and cheese. Liked the use of cloth napkins!

Wished our windows weren't painted shut. Opened those in the dressing area and got some minimal fresh air that way. Expectation to take shoes off was confusing - inform guests ahead of time? Only for upstairs???

Jen and Lee are wonderful. I called for a room, desperate to stay in the area, an Jen was so welcoming and assuring. The place is very neat and sweet and lightened up and spacious. Lee was SO helpful. There was parking out front, off-street. The bathroom was remodeled and comforting.

I couldn't heat up my own room. The bed could have been a tad softer. There wasn't enough butter, and it would be great to have eggs.

Lovely rooms with beautiful furniture and style. The breakfast was excellent and fresh. Helpful and friendly innkeepers made the experience very easy. Highly recommended. Honestly the best place we've ever stayed in the USA.

The front door code lock was tricky to use but we were assured it is going to be fixed ASAP.

Excellent experience. We booked this for the night of my wife birthday when we go for play in Denver Art center as a weekend getaway for us. The staff made the experience unforgettable. The hotel is clean and gorgeous. The staff were all happy, kind and helpful. Jen (the owner) get a freshflowers for my wife for the next morning. We will definitely be back and will highly recommend it to anyone.

Very nice and friendly innkeepers, Jen and Chris take care of everything in and around the house. Big thanks to them! Our best experience so far in the US! The whole house is clean and very well maintained, we felt like being home. We would definitely stay here again.

Really unique older Victorian house, it was located in a really cool area with alot of hip restaurants and bars. Easy check in and parking. The staff was really friendly and helpful. Will definetly stay again if ever in Denver!

Nothing, everything was great!

What a warm, welcoming place. Chris and Melissa are amazing innkeepers, so friendly and accommodating. There is parking for guests, which is a huge plus. The breakfasts were delicious and made with love. This is a little oasis in the city.

We loved the Flora House. The foyer, main living areas and bedroom were so well appointed it felt like we were transported back to the Victorian era. Jen and her staff were super friendly and very attentive to our every need. We'll be sure to return!
