The hosts are kind and accommodating. My bed was clean and comfortable and provided me with a good nights sleep. The breakfast was light, yet filling. Judith made tasty eggs to order. The location can’t be beat. Many eating spots are within walking distance of their home. Main attractions can be reached by car within minutes. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and the hospitality of the hosts. I felt safe.

I was awakened by trash vehicles dumping their loads one house from the window of my room. I did not realize that this kind of business was approximately one house down from this property. However, it was not an all day nuisance. Also, I visited in May which is their rainiest month of the year. Parking was provided as promised by the hosts but getting in and out of their driveway with my rental was muddy to navigate.

The hosts were most excellent. The location was great because we walked to most of the places close by for dinner. Plus, getting to the other sites we wanted to go to.... Was super easy. For example the science museum and mile high stadium. Breakfast was simple healthy and fresh and a good start to our day. Judith was a perfect host and made you feel at home and as a guest in her kitchen.

There are some bars that can get loud... Our room looked over the alley... but we saw mountains. : D They did provide ear plugs... Which really helped.. The parking was limited which it does state ... Be open minded .... it's just a long driveway. And can be inconvenient. These comments come from a lack of compassion being my first time staying at a b and b.

Judith and Doc were amazing and attentive hosts, I felt so at home and it was more like staying with close friends! The beds were incredibly comfortable, tastefully decorated rooms, and a homey breakfast. I would definitely stay again, thank you for a wonderful time.

Maybe an extension cord in the blue room so it is easier to change electrical devices closer to the bed. But, honestly this is very minor!

Loved meeting our hosts, Judith & Doc. They went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and cared for…Wonderful conversations at the breakfast table set by Judith - loaded with lots of homemade treats & locale unique produce…Loved the Moondrop grapes, which we had never eaten before & the awesome Amish butter!! Unique home built in late 1800’s in a very handy location - lots of local pubs & places to eat & shop plus close to Union Station & other sights.

It was a wonderful stay in Judith and her husband's old house. The house is perfectly located, right in the geographical middle of Denver, and close to the Broadway street, full of restaurant. Judith and her husband are delighful people, very kind, and dedicated to their guests. We felt like at home. The breakfast was absolutely delicious ! We highly recommand if you want to live an authentic experience in Denver.

The only negative point was the matress, which was way too soft.

its all about the room and bed for me. very comfortable room and the bed was fantastic. I don't do bed and breakfasts ever, im a hilton guy. So, this location was why i choose to change, perfectly located to where I needed to be, walking to everything I needed. So: how did it go? I will stay there everytime im in denver, it went that well. Im not a breakfast guy, give me coffee and a roll, the coffee was great and the muffin was perfect. Had to do computer work in the room and that worked out great also. Doc and judith are very friendly and you immediately feel their warmth, and Judith picked up on my morning routine very quickly....yep, business guy, get that coffee going:> oh and the shared bathroom thing...was not a problem at all, clean and well supplied..actually never ran into the other guests except to get coffee and that was pleasant also...

they just had a liter of puppies 30 days before my arrival, so being met on the front porch by 10 adorable, 30 day old puppies was just so sneaky of a way to have me LOVE the whole experience. How could anyone say a bad thing about this place when you get to love on 10 puppies:> and have them love on YOU...

The location is central to bars and restaurants, and a reasonable walk to the capitol and museums. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the dogs, Wilson and Lucy, are friendly and enthusiastic golden-doodles. The owners/hosts live on site and are readily available, and are lovely dining companions and conversationalists.

Be aware that the location IS central, and there are lively bars around. You will be able to hear the bar across the street late into the evening, and the tradeoff for a beautiful old home is a lack of serious soundproofing.

We had a lovely time staying with Judith and Doc. we had our own private room in this lovely historic building. I especially loved the historic vent windows. We loved connecting with our other lovely housemates visiting from Germany! Judith’s Dogs were so funny and lovely. Breakfast was so nice each morning. My lovely new Husband and I were there during our honeymoon, and it was so wonderful to have a beautiful memory of having a lovely breakfast with him. (he’s far from a day person) Thank you! The sweet small basket full of Hershey kisses beside the bed was a lovely touch. The bedroom was very clean with a sweet set of bathrobes. It was quite comfortable. Thank you, Judith and Doc!

The common areas could probably do with a deep clean to help clear the long term dog smell, and the shower curtain could do with a good cleaning as well.

I arrived early and was going to wait until my room was ready but Janice went above and beyond to get my room ready early. Joc and I had very nice conversations and he answered plenty of questions that I had about navigating around Denver. It was an excellent stay hosted by very excellent people! 🙌

I really don't have anything to complain about. Maybe if I could have gotten some more time with their great dogs! They were well behaved and wanting some love and attention. Really though, it is a great place to stay!

This is a real bed and breakfast experience- Judith and Tom are such warm and friendly hosts. They were always around if we needed anything, and served up a great breakfast in the dining room. Their historic house is full of character and charm. It was our first time in Denver, and we lucked out to be in the South Broadway neighbourhood. We loved the eclectic restaurants and bars. A lot to explore and not too far from downtown!

This wasn't a problem for us, but they have two energetic and fairly large dogs. If you aren't great with animals, this is something you might want to consider before booking.
