The updates of the property are just lovely. We stayed frequently with my 4 children for 18 y living I. steamboat and my parents in Denver, and then moved to OR 9 y ago. I love the color scheme, appliance upgrade, beds are still perfect( best night sleep! ) the baths are anazing and the laundry is free! I am so thankful! I love running on the cherry creek trail and I used the new weight room! My son and mother love the breakfast and I love the oats!

Everything is fantastic, construction is understandable . My so. Doesnt want the carpet in the elevator changed… too many memories. 🥹 Our shower curtain was set too high so it leaked a lot, it just needs longer shower curtain to not ruin the shower tile that’s new. Loved the glass door shower in the other bath.

We liked the room size as well as having a sofa and kitchenette. A place to sit other than a bed is really nice. Having the refrigerator and freezer was very convenient. The breakfast was also very nice and I appreciated gluten free options.

Construction noise sounded like it was either in the next room or directly overhead. It was loud, with hammering and tearing out furniture. The shower curtain was damaged. Once we realized it, we turned the shower head to avoid water on the floor.

We liked the breakfast, although they had the same thing for 3 days. The pool was closed be sure to go in June or july when you know it will ne no snow.

The hotel itself was amazing, i didn't like that Booking.com over booked the room and we had to be moved into 3 different rooms. this resulted in us having to split up into 3 different parties and extra stress on having to try and corral children in different rooms. We left a day early because I couldn't do it anymore. We had an option to check in one day and move to our room we booked the next day but that would have been too much after we were already settled in.

The breakfast was amazing, even breakfast burritos one day and biscuits and gravy another! I loved the outdoor seating area and fire pit. My room was comfortable and clean. And free washers and dryers!

Two of the four washers were broken so sometimes there was a wait. There wasn't a table in the room big enough to eat at. A slightly bigger table by the kitchen would fit a couple of chairs, or a little breakfast bar might even fit.

Staybridge exceeded my expectations. This hotel is great for families. The room was large, and kitchen fully stocked. The breakfast was plentiful, and filling- lots of great items like bacon, eggs, omelets, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc. there is a laundry room, and use of the machines is complementary. The feel of the hotel is homey, and comfortable. the main area is welcoming, and the patio has a beuitfgil fire pit, and sitting area. Staff were great and accommodating. Very clean, and safe. lots of nearby stores and restaurants within walking distance. Great value for money spent. Overall, just a really great place to stay especially when traveling with children- it had all the comforts of home!

I didn't have any real complaints. there were some wear and tear in hallway carpets, and the elevators had seen better days. wear and tear on elevator carpet, buttons worked, but were broken/cracked, and didn't light up. some wear in tear in the main hall, and breakfast area, and two out of four dryers were out of order( but use of laundry is free so I also know beggars should not be choosers.) just little things that pointed to the fact that the hotel could probably use some minor updates/repairs- but in reality al of theses things were small, and not complaint worthy in my eyes because the hotel far exceeded my expectations and met the needs of my family. Theses are just things that the hotel could note to address as they are able- simple repairs.

The newly renovated rooms were very nice. Location in Cherry Creek was nice.

Lobby and sitting and breakfast area was under construction so obviously not good since most was inaccessible. Hallways were hot but air in rooms was fine.

Nice room, bed was good, it had everything we needed.

Groundskeeping needs work, full trashcans, the side doors slam shut so hard they bounce back and don't lock. Not an issue yet but the concrete leading to the pool is cracking badly so once the pool is open and purple are wandering about with no shoes (not me but some will) the busting out walks will get complaints. Also the television service is not good.

The room was very comfortable and the fee for the dogs was reasonable. It was nice being next to the Cherry Creek trail for walking the dogs.

I was not feeling well on the morning of check-out and left my necklace, ring, and earrings on the desk. I realize it was my fault but it would have been nice if the cleaner had turned them in. I called the next day but nothing.

The staff was great and the room comfy, at least more than I thought. The bed was softer than I like but is great for those who like softer beds. I loved that we could have both of our little dogs. The view of the creek was beautiful and we loved being so near the trail.

As stated above, the bed could have been firmer. The business center's printer was not working on the day that I really needed one. It wasn't fixed until near our last day. Also, no hot breakfast until our very last day.
