Hilton Garden Inn Fort Collins

I loved that this hotel is close to decent food options and there's a shopping mall just a block away. The hotel itself was nice. It was great that they have a Peloton bike in the gym and the front lobby is really clean and spacious. It was awesome to have a large table area for folks that need to get a bit of work done. Also, last but not least, the lady that checked me in was a gem! She was really nice and curious about my bike race event (which is why I was in town.) All weekend, we would chat every time we encountered each other. Super nice lady that made me feel welcomed!

The property was amazing and the staff was extremely polite and professional. Location was very central to all the activities that were on my itinerary. I loved the mounted bathroom soaps and amenities!

This is not necessarily a dislike, but with the hospitality trend of plush mattresses, they can be difficult for seniors to get into. I had asked for a stool, but did not hear back from the front desk.

Our overall stay was good, and our room was comfortable.

The discontinuance of room cleaning wasn't mentioned to us until the 3rd day of our stay, when we couldn't get it anyway. We were able to get a couple of clean towels from the cleaner in the hall, but it would have been good to know in advance. Also, we were in room 206, which is almost the furthest you can get from the elevator, which my husband really struggled with. Fortunately there was a chair opposite the elevator, where he could catch his breath.

We did not eat at the hotel. For the same amount or less, we ate at several of the excellent breakfast restaurants in the area. $14 for a typical hotel continental breakfast was too much. The room was quiet even though we faced Harmony Road. I liked that the sitting area of the room was separated from the bed area and had a ceiling fan. It was a nice sized room

The bed was very squeaky. The mattress had a wooden frame around the box spring. It was easy to bang my shin into it.

Big room, friendly staff, wonderful breakfast with both cold and hot options. Staff at breakfast was friendly and very attentive. Quiet neighborhood and easy walk to local restaurants and brewery. Lots of parking for our car and trailer that we were towing. Would stay here again. Were able to accommodate us so we could see our car from the room we were staying in just so we would keep an eye on our trailer.

Staff that were very professional and courteous. Our room had a minor issue that required attention and we were promptly given a different room. The manager was quick to respond and very attentive. We don’t travel a lot but when we do the way staff treats a guest makes or breaks a stay. Also liked so many restaurants within walking distance of property. Property is clean and well maintained. Love the free coffee in lobby. Breakfast was great! Wonderful lady that was attentive to our needs in the cafe.

We didn’t dislike anything about this property. If we were planning a visit in the area would definitely stay there again.

Liked it very much. The breakfast was very decent and price well worth it. Served at 6am and exactly worked for my very early schedule a d they were tasty too. Very friendly & helpful staffs that made our stay very welcome & comfortable. Another nice experience with Hilton chain!

Could be just a.bit more clean, I wiped down the counter top and my white wipes turned a bit dark. The bathroom door was very inconvenient layout. Blocked the hallway when not shut. Our room window also facing some hotel equipment/air ventilation, has to keep the curtains shut as the view was not pleasant!

Staff were very helpful. We particularly appreciated the restaurant staff accomodations our late arrivals for breakfast. Front desk folks were also very helpful. Parking in the rear lot was very convenient. We liked the extra effort to provide COVID sanitation stations throughout the facility..

The toilets were far to short for comfort. We suggest they provide ADA compliant facilities.

lovely clean and modern hotel with large modern rooms and very comfortable beds. Good breakfast and free coffee and tea. Nice indoor swimming pool and gym. Stayed two nights and would have stayed longer if we didn’t have to go to Wyoming. Good internet and friendly staff. Everything was great. Good place to stay for Fort Collins.

It was much more beautiful and fancy than I expected for the reasonable price! Everything felt spacious and clean.

The pool was nice but smaller than I’d like and there was no heated jacuzzi in the same room. Also, I didn’t like that the continental breakfast price wasn’t included. But the whole price of the stay was very affordable, so it wasn’t much more to pay for breakfast.
