Have stayed here many times for vacations...short drive from the Denver airport whether coming or going...always happy to see the open field next to the hotel has not been developed, has a country feel to it...hotel is modern, comfortable, clean...hot breakfast is good...like the vaulted lobby and pool/hot tub area...reception was great, gave us local (backroad) directions to Cracker Barrel and there is also a good "Mexican" restaurant right next to the property...also, a gas station/fast food/and others within a few steps away...nice place to stay on the way to Rocky Mountain National Park, Tetons/Yellowstone, and wherever else the road takes you...try Pinedale, Wy...it was 47 degrees in July after arriving from the Deep South...

Always like this place...no complaints...it's a great value

We come back almost every year because we love this American standard and we have friends in Fort Collins. It's not a first class facility but charming and quiet and just nice. Spacious rooms, clean, nice continental breakfast with an awesome new pancakes maker which every guest just loved ;) We are already regular guests and definitely will return if we can afford it. We are used to the location and everything feels familiar. I'd rate it ten if they'd fix some issues.

Check in was not as kind as we are used to it but the other staff members where nice as always. Some things should have been fixed, we told the front desk but they did not accomplish it within the four days of our stay. They should do better.

We are returning guests since years. Love the motel style, the nice facility, the spacious rooms, the guest laundry. They improved some things. Mostly very nice and helpful staff. Especially the guy who was every day at the counter and also checked us out. And I still love their baby pancakes machine. There's an elevator ever since I can remember.

It's kinda sad that there are many weird people (sorry, antisocial) now. I think it may not be safe anymore for normal guests. Also, someone broke into the laundry at night and took the money of the washer. My husband wants to go somewhere else, which makes me really sad, but he may be right.

it was all nice. everything was clean and in excellent condition

The property was awesome. The only problem I had was on July 29th at around 0930 am we asked for the trash to be taken out of room and to have the towels replaced. The front desk blonde lady lectured me about the fact that they only clean the room every three days even though we were only staying for 3 days. I felt like a chastised child in front of everyone. She said she would "do it this time but it was not their policy". I felt humiliated for asking nicely and then being talked to like that.

Location was perfect for our stay. Clean! Nice staff. Prices were also wonderful! Quiet at night. Gas station right across the street and coffee shop right across the main rd! Breakfast in the morning was good!

Only thing is they had the same hot food for breakfast three mornings in a row. 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it’s free and it was good so nothing big just wish it was dif every morning exp staying 4 nights

The location was good. The staff was helpful and friendly. The room and hotel were in top shape. We stayed one night and had a good experience. I requested a ground floor and a quiet room which we got, so thank you as our room was not facing the interstate but on the other side making it more quiet.

The breakfast was average. Some of the offerings like their selections of teas were excellent. The coffee, not so much. Although they had fresh fruits to choose from, for the most part they were past their prime. I'd prefer greek yogurt to the plain yogurt they offered but they did have different offerings though there wasn't anything else we were interested in.

The staff in this hotel is exceptional. The gentleman at the front desk, Patrick, went out of his way several times to make our stay more pleasant. They accept dogs the only thing is booking.com did not say anything about there being an additional charge for the dogs but it's well worth it.

I really can't think of anything that they could have done different that would have made our stay more pleasant.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was lovely. It was very nice having complimentary coffee and cocoa always available. The hotel itself felt like a homey ski lodge.

The only drawback was the very small bed pillows. My husband had a hard time keeping his head on them while he slept. Maybe have larger sizes on hand for taller guests?

The thing I absolutely loved the most was the room darkening shades! Perfect after a long days travel! Patrick at the front desk greeted us warmly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. When saying our goodbyes, I had to get his name to give him a shout out! Very friendly and will definitely stay there again when traveling to Colorado!

Everything was good! No complaints at all!

The breakfast was terrfic. The lobby was very nice and homey. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub both days - very nice.

I liked everything, but it was kind of weird on our first trip to the pool - a birthday party came in and although we didn't have to leave, they took over the pool area. We watched them drive up and exit their cars with pizza and balloons - don't think they were guests.
