the breakfast was not what we expected but the place was in a good area and close to the things we wanted to do. the people who managed the place were nice and friendly. it was good for what we wanted and needed.

Excellent location and quiet the way we like it since it is a ways from all the activities of Glenwood Springs. The cleaning staff does a wonderful job of making sure the air conditioning was on when we arrived and the next day too before retiring for the night. Temperature outside was HOT so this was a welcoming surprise.

Loved it all. The room met all of our expectations. We had a little table that we could eat our little microwave dinner. Bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. Breakfast was really good also. No hot items but everything that we cared about for breakfast, hot and cold cereal, fruits, bagels, hard boiled eggs, juice, milk. The owner is awesome. I was cleaning my windshield and he happened by and gave me some rags to dry the windshield, then we had a great conversation about the area. He was very nice and it was a nice stay.

They did not enforce the "no truck parking" on 1 night but not a big deal. There were 2 semi-trucks and a delivery truck. A few more handicap parking spots would be nice.

Margaret was so helpful! She made sure we had a room with few steps for my handicap spouse. She was also so helpful with us getting discount tickets for the tram. She was great!

Location and price

Parking was very tight. Our keys were deactivated and had to return to the office to get them re activated. A small inconvenience.

I always stay here when I come to Glenwood to soak in the Hot Springs because if the location & price. I have a favorite room, so if it's available they will put me there if I ask.

Friendly efficient management. Very clean Good location to move about.

Smokers should have an area further from the non-smoking rooms. Smoke rises and came through the air con one night.

Very clean & well kept up….

I was in room 100… smokers are allowed to smoke outside this room & I had to listen to them talk, drink & smoke at midnight & 4:30am. It was awful.

Nice sized rooms, clean and had everything you'd need.

The hot tub had wayyy too many chemicals in. Our eyes were burning and we could hardly breath unless we hung over the edge.
