We stayed at the Clarion for the State Dart Tournament Jan 7-9th! It was a short walk to the venue! We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and the location! I want to give the staff, Especially Kristina! A BIG SHOUT OUT!😁😁😁 When I got back to Denver and noticed my DL was missing Kristina answered and was nice enough to mail it back..paying out of her own pocket! THAT'S THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE ANYONE CAN ASK FOR!

If you havent to Greeley..make sure to pay attention to all the one way streets! It can be a bit confusing, also I felt like where the front desk is, they could of used had some heat going on.. And last we couldn't use the indoor pool..they could spend a few extra $$ for insulation and maybe make it a heated pool!

The staff was very professional and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable.

We liked everything at this hotel. I did notice the carpets were pretty worn in our room, but this is not the most important feature to us. Rooms were clean and staff was nice.

i loved the customer service that the front desk staff in all shifts they were all very kind to myself and my kids. I recommend staying here to anyone and i look forward to future stays. THANK YOU!

I had an issue my keys not wanting to work. And the door and deadbolt lock didn't want to work because the door frame was kind of loose

Breakfast was very good but the girls there who always asked for my room number made me feel singled out. Because I noticed they didn't ask everyone that came in.

The floor in the room was dirty, someone had tracked pebbles or rocks in and I asked for cleaning service and they didn't vacuum.

The pool was nice my kids enjoyed it and the breakfast was ok.

The room was a little dirty and train noise at night was loud .

The pool, the ac. We always have a good time when we stay here.

The guy at the front desk took down my card number wrong so the next morning I went to a drs appointment and the hotel called me 5 times and i finally learned my room wasn't paid for because he didn't put the right card number in. They locked us out due to this but the lady that was there happily helped after my room was correctly charged. I understand things get busy but pay attention to what you're doing dude!

The location was awesome. The price was right and came with breakfast. Tge bed was comfy.

The fan in the bathroom was loud abd squeeling. Property was dated.

Heidi is a fabulous manager. Her staff, all of them go out of there way to help. One example this morning, I was offered by a very friendly employee, to help me put a really heavy suitcase in my car. And all the staff I met are super friendly. Hotel cleaning staff does an excellent job of cleaning. I would stay there again.
