Super 8 by Wyndham Windsor

I liked how much space it provided in the room. The bed was comfy, and could watch TV without turning the volume up too much. Staff were friendly. I'd most likely stay again.

It could have used a little more detail with cleaning but it was still a good stay. Most places I go to the breakfast was longer than this place. And sometimes check outs at noon with some places but that's fine every place is different

The breakfast was good. It cut off at 9am though which was a bit early for me. The location was great! Just down the raod from our event. There are many restaurants, both sit down and fast food close by to choose from. Quiet too, no street noise to be bothered with.

Maybe close off the breakfast area a little later, maybe at 10am.

Customer Service was fantastic. Alina made us feel welcome and we enjoyed conversations with her. She helped make our stay better after having transferred from another less quality hotel.

Bathroom light switch is outside the bathroom. Took us a while to figure out how to turn the light on because we kept looking inside the bathroom. For anyone who has children, be careful cause they could easily shut that off on you while your showering.

It was a very convenient location for us. A great bagel shop, and a couple good restaurants just steps away. However, we did not have a room when we arrived due to a Booking.com error.

There was a strong smell of chemicals in our room for the first 2 days. I assume it’s because it is a hotel that allows pets (which is great), and it was some kind of heavy cleaner/disinfectant. We knew the hotel was full so we did the best we could but it wasn’t ideal.

We only stayed the night on the way to our destination. It was the most reasonable place in the area. It felt safe, was clean and beds were fine- they do have those half pillows which so many places have now but we had our own pillows so it was fine.

The staff was above and beyond nice and jumped in to help when 2 situations happened with our group and made sure everything was ok. The rooms were clean and comfortable and it's right in walking distance to amazing coffee, breakfast, thai food, and shops

The bed was a little firm for me, but that's a personal preference. It was comfortable

The staff was very courteous, helpful and friendly in every way…I had several interactions with a couple of them and they were very informative as well! I also appreciated having a microwave and refrigerator in my room

Perfect hotel for us having landed in Denver that afternoon before starting out on a road trip to SD. the staff were friendly, rooms were comfortable, price was excellent for what you got and the breakfast was perfect for us, cereal, waffles, fruit, yogurt, coffee.

Everything its like a 5 star hotel Customer service was amazing the staff in the reception to were great and the motel was literally sp clean smelled so nice idk why its rated as a two star.

Breakfast was a disappointment. Very limited options for diabetics, and decaf coffee was not available.

Room key (#200) was difficult to operate. Securing hasp for inside strap lock was missing, rendering it useless. Previous occupant left home-wrapped food of unknown type and un opened cookies in fridge.
