The room was fantastic, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, with made to order omelets, bacon, pancakes, French toast, and everything you normally see in hotel breakfast bars. There was plenty of parking. Check in and check out was quick and easy! We were there in the middle of the week, so it wasn't super crowded, no lines or waiting for the elevators. The pool looked nice, although we didn't use it. We enjoyed our stay!

Clean comfortable rooms with nice bathroom and shower. The layout is interesting with a resort feel to it, there is an inside court yard were breakfast is served on the first floor and you can look up or down and see all of the rooms from inside. They offer salon services and other amenities that aren't usually found in a hotel. The breakfast was probably one of the best I've had for free in a hotel, buffet style with fresh fruit, scrambled eggs, sausage and the usual breakfast items and you can order omelets with different ingredients to your liking or have fresh pancakes made in different styles.

Could hear the highway sometimes but wasn't too bad, they do provide ear plugs. Nothing else stands out.

Liked that they had the text service if you had a question vs. Walking down to the main lobby. That some breakfast was cooked right in front of you by a chef the way you wanted it. Like Denver omelets and chocolate chip pancakes. Couldn't hear any neighbors near you at night. The walls are not super thin. The elevator is very fast and quick. Starbucks in Hotel.

The pillows were very small and hard to get comfortable on them. Unless you are very tired. The bacon at breakfast tasted old. I wish it was fresher. For the price we are paying for the rooms every food should be fresh and hot as you get it and nothing less. The yellow light in the room - wish it was more of a natural light vs. Yellow. The plug-in on the lamps is the worst. The last night, my phone came off the charger.

The gym didn't have good equipment, way too light and no freeweights which one would hope for in a big conference hotel; hotels really need to have actual lifters design their gyms, most are really really bad. also there was no hot tub but we could tell by the tiling on the floor there used to be one and it was just taken out for some reason

They were always cleaning every day. Tye room was spacious with kitchenette comprising of a sink, microwave, and small coffee maker. Ample sleeping for multiple in a room. The elevator was fast, having 3 was great. The staff were friendly and polite. They were accepting of our pets, and we respected the room and property with our pets as well. Restaurant on the property was a plus. Cocktail hour was a bonus!

Coffee in the atrium/lobby all day. Instead of running up to my room to make a cup. I believe our room had a distinct “old smoke” smell due to possibly older carpets. I did not inform property because we were coming with our dogs. No one else seemed to have an issue, so it could been an isolated room.

It was a nice hotel. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious. Managers' reception would have been nice if we were ever there during that time.

On the website they show a propane fire pit on the patio. This was one of our search requirements when looking for a place to stay prior to booking. Our group was extremely disappointed that there wasn't one.

We loved the options of happy hour and breakfasts, and we did enjoy 2 morning nhs of breakfasts. We were surprised the room wasn’t cleaned tha next day, and when I called the front desk, they curtly explained they had info. in the room explaining this. We did find one note in a dark desk explaining this. It would be more professional to have this policy clearly stated in the bathroom where you can see it.

I have traveled on business to many hotels, and I found the front desk personnel to be very curt and unfriendly.?? There were no other people in line, so that was mystifying. I just need further info. about the amenities. No welcome 🙏🏼 no in our room to invite or explain anything!

That it was close to the arena we went to, easy check in, really good breakfast with a lot of options. The rooms were really nice and I felt really comfortable in the hotel.

Even though there was plenty of food to choose from, you could tell some of it was old. The french toast was like a chew toy. I locked my key in the gym and went to the front desk and the lady kept asking for an ID or Credit card, I realized this was for safety and I really appreciate it that you are diligent in this but I was in the gym. I don't bring down my whole wallet for this. Maybe there is a way to scan an ID into a person's account in case this happens again?

The staff was polite and attentive at check in. Offered to upgrade me to a better view for no reason other than great customer service. She asked about my trip and seemed very happy to offer up dining and entertainment ideas that might be suited for us. Room was large and clean with nice furniture and lots of extras. The whole hotel was clean and a great atmosphere if you wanted to socialize or just be out of your room.

Comfortable room, lots of space. I had forgot my small travel fan and when asked if a fan was available, was brought one to use.

Evening reception was a disappointment in regards to food offered. Last time I was at an Embassy Suites a few years ago, there was a lot offered such as different dips and spreads, crackers, breads, veggies, fruits, etc. This was a couple bags of chips, peanuts, and carrots/celery with tiny containers of ranch dressing from a bottle. The drinks were nice and the bartender was fantastic.
