It could use a remodel. The carpet tack was missing between the room and the bathroom. And there were signs of neglect all over. But the room was clean, and the pool was taken care of. And the staff was nice and helpful.

The neglect of the structure was disheartening. There was a spot on the wall that needed patched. The room needed a coat of paint. The carpet strip was missing. The entry light in our room went out during our stay. I did not mention it to the front desk. Every where you looked, there was something that could have been fixed. It gave the impression that the staff was doing the best they could with what they had.

There was four fluffy brand new smelling pillows on my bed. The staff was so accommodating as I hurt my leg and was on a cane. My room had a nice fragrance when I came in. They put me on the first floor I was handicap my bathroom was impeccably cleaned. The heater worked wonderfully and was nice and warm. The TV had several channels I couldn't hear anything from the other rooms. This room was wonderful the price was incredibly low and you're not going to find anything like this for this price in Denver it was safe I could have walked next door to the Arby's on my cane and I would have been safe. Good location if you're going to stop in love and stop here you're not going to get anything for the value at this price anywhere in the next 20 miles of the radius of this area for this value. I travel all the time I know.

There was only one minor thing that I could say about my trip and that was my USB charger inside the lamp in my room did not work which was a major inconvenience because I couldn't charge my cell phone and it was dead. Besides that I have no complaints this was the most perfect room I have had in a year the price was incredible the staff was more than perfect. The breakfast was wonderful the bed was better than mine at home and mine is brand new. The room was cleaner than my own home. The sheets and towels must have been brand new.

From the start the employees were friendly and went above and beyond to help or give local suggestions! They even let us choose between 2 rooms. Room was clean and comfortable. Beds were great. We used the pool and hot tub which were both great! The maintenance man was there everyday testing the water chemicals! I have never seen that before so very impressed with that! Grounds looked great too. Hotel was in a good location with lots to eat around it. Felt safe in the area. Hotel was very quiet and we slept well during our stay. Breakfast was very good both days. We would gladly stay again!

Breakfast was the same selection both days but we arent that picky. Both days of breakfast were great. Elevator seemed sketchy too. Hadnt been updated on the service paper for 2 years and it made a lot of noise.

Loved the close proximity and ease of access to I-25 and Highway 34. The girl working the front desk when we checked in was amazing. She was very friendly, explained necessary details about amenities and services the hotel offered. She provided insight for family friendly dining options within close vicinity, and was happy to engage and converse with my children about their stay. She definitely showed great customer service and honest dedication to her job. Great first impression when walking in the front doors. Room was very clean. Sheets, blankets and pillows were all clean and neat in presentation. Amazing A/C. Very comfortable bed and decent sized room.

Parking lot was on the small side and shared with a neighboring hotel. Parking spaces are not exactly truck (or large vehicle) friendly, and seemed rather narrow. Really wish there was stronger water pressure for the shower. Unpleasant odor in the elevator that my kids had to comment on with every ride. Breakfast was a little disappointing and limited on options.

Comfortable, nice, staff were friendly. Breakfast options good. Bed was very comfortable. Quiet and relaxing.

Had recently leaked in shower and some mold had started. They were informed about it and will hopefully get it resolved soon. Since I booked through here, they were not able to offer any extra discounts and I was too tired to move everything. Since it was a five day stay, I would have preferred they cleaned the room and offered fresh towels at least once.

Staff was very helpful allowing us to check-in a bit early. A 72 year old travel companion got altitude sickness and the heat outside caused him to faint. The staff was very helpful providing him with cold water and locating us an available room a bit early. He was able to recover in the air conditioned room. This act of kindness saved our entire trip I. Which we would have otherwise ended early.

The workers were awesome! And it made it very comfortable to be there.

Location was not bad but the problem is I know that there's a lot of homeless people in that area so you have to be careful. So I was always careful not to talk to too many people. But that can happen anywhere.

I like the staff members especially Marcus and Mia they are very friendly and very resourceful . they're knowledge of all the local area says that they are exactly what young people living life are all about .I enjoy having conversations with them

not quit as clean as it should probably be but they do allow animals so I understand. I think they were under staffed so once again I understand because it is very hard to get employees nowadays.
