This place was amazing from top to bottom. The staff really make this place--everyone is friendly, helpful, and competent. Rooms are big and clean and well equipped. Of my 50 last stays in hotels this is by far and away my best. Breakfast was great, outside and inside common spaces were super...but again, the staff is amazing!

Some street noise...I think being on the north side of the hotel would be better for light sleepers...bring earplugs.

The location, breakfast, room and staff were all good and room was very clean.

We had to pay a flat rate of $75 for our 1 small dog instead of a deposit as we are used to or a smaller fee. Our room was likely left cleaner than any guest without a dog. I understand having to pay for extra cleaning but all dogs are not equal as far as extra work for staff. Light switches configuration with Master Switch and subsequent alternate switches which were at the side of the refrigerator was somewhat confusing. Labeling or a note specifying that master switch has to be on for all other switches to work, would have been helpful.

The very best part was the staff, EVERYONE of them was friendly and helpful. The location was also lovely and there were plenty of great places to eat/shop close by, Breakfast was exceptionally good on the weekend.

because there are Kitchenettes in the suites, that can make for some odors in the hallway. One day the hallway kind of smelled like a diaper but I am assuming that was a guest and by afternoon, the odor was gone.. Hotels can not control what guests cook in a room, so I am not holding that against the hotel. The cleaning staff was also receptive to us needing new towels, etc. We had requested no room service during our stay but needed to replenish towels and tp and they were immediately on that.

The shower in the bathroom was wonderful! The studio setup was very unique but well thought out. The bed was very comfortable. The lobby area was very nice with a very interesting outside area.

I found the electrical system very confusing when we first arrived. I have never run across this in all my travels. Also the stool in the bathroom was so low that it was somewhat difficult to use.

What a wonderful place this is when staying in Loveland, CO. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great. They have a really neat outdoor space. We didn't use the pool or exercise room, but I did peek in and they both looked good to me. And its right on the edge of the downtown area, so restaurants are within walking distance.

Hotel breakfast isn’t what it used to be. I’m guessing those were powdered eggs. Paper thin bacon, weak coffee. But it was breakfast and did the job. The room was very nice.

I didn’t like the public parking garage. The elevator was broken, that was a bother with bags. I worried about my truck overnight, but had no problems.

AC was quite noisy in the room. room 308. not sure if that is the standard noise level or if mine was extra noisy for maintenance issues.

Location was ideal. It was downtown, close to restaurants and several attractions. The staff was amazing - very attentive. The breakfast was delightful and the attendant made sure everything was well stocked.

The soap dispenser in the shower was empty but there was plenty of bar soap. Also, the hair dryer was missing but after notifying the front desk they immediately found a replacement.

Parking jn a parking garage that the public uses that is right next to a busy downtown scene. Absolutely no parking!!!! You would think that a hotel as big as this would have places designated for its guests. Definitely not the case

The hotel was amazing!!! The staff very welcoming the whole time! Patio area was beautiful!!

The bars around the hotel...bad vibes and very disrespectful made the hotel look bad because its in the downtown Loveland area as well.
