The rooms are always very inviting and clean and love your sweet little touches .

The front desk was not always right there( preoccupied behind the desk ). Also it does not make any sense that the restaurants are not readily open and espcially on a Sunday and Monday . I have been to The Ascent numerous times since my daughter and son in law moved to Parker last year and as a realtor from Michigan I also have met my business partners at The Ascent, and we have to walk into downtown Parker or go there for a drink or a meal. It would be so much more conveinent to have this opportunity right at Ascent.

Room was super clean, and very comfortable. Multiple restaurant options inside the hotel, and a great breakfast diner next door. Location is super easy to get in and out of.

Only complaint I can think of is literally just the shower type. Rainfall shower looks nice, but doesn't have great water pressure and doesn't cover much of your body unless you're standing directly underneath (and I couldn't because I'm not a daily hair washer) so I was always a little cold. Otherwise, the shower itself was huge and clean so it truly wasn't that big of a deal.

The rooms were beautiful! Well planned and with little touches that made it so luxurious. Several restaurants on site made meals convenient and the food was exceptional.

The water pressure in the showers was not great. At one point, the water flow even stopped for a few seconds before resuming. Also, parking was difficult. There wasn't much available and I noted that even the nearby street parking was full.

The hotel itself it’s gorgeous. The rooms are lovely, big and the bed really comfortable. Unfortunately I missed the days when restaurants and roof top were open as they are closed Sunday and Monday. Reception staff are super friendly and helpful and responded to requests really quickly such as date changes and when I asked for an iron- it arrived in seconds! They really are so supportive if there’s anything additional needed.

Just to note- I hadn’t realised when booking just how far from Denver City it is. When you’re without wheels or know that you’ll be sampling the array of craft beers in the city, Ubers are quite expensive m to and from the hotel so up to $60 each way should be factored in to the budget!

My second stay at this property (first under the new owners) and I enjoyed it, again. The rooms are nice (personally, I could do without the chaise in favor of a desk) and I particularly like the bathrooms. The restaurant upstairs is also quite good. Good value for the price.

The staff was thin. I realize this is an issue at many hotels and I will say the staff was quite helpful and pleasant, just stretched thin (both the hotel and restaurant). Checkout was a bit clumsy as I was told the receipt would be provided by Booking, but the payment was made to the hotel directly and thus they needed to provide the receipt. A subsequent phone call solved the issue but it would have been nice to get a receipt on checkout, as I did need one.

I prefer to stay in rooms without carpet, so that was a positive for me. The walk-in shower was great, too. The room was very comfortable and beautifully appointed. We were able to take advantage of a special rate which made the stay even nicer. I also liked the secure doors to enter hallways from the elevator.

There is nothing that was displeasing.

There was no complimentary breakfast in the hotel. I would have liked a bath tub, a table, two chairs and a microwave. using your laptop in bed is tiresome. The chaise lounge is useless the TV will not rotate to see it. For double occupancy two luggage racks should be available. I asked for an extra and was told there were none. Ice machine broken for the entire stay. Bottled water should be provided daily in the lobby.

beautiful hotel that is new but still has charm.

the only thing I didn’t like was that the shower in my bathroom had very weak water pressure. I didn’t say anything because I know there’s not much that can be done about that outside of moving rooms and I didn’t want the hassle! bathroom was spacious and pretty clean, just made it hard to shower quickly.

Went to Denver for a wedding. Location perfect. Staff exceptionally helpful from dining on some nights, shopping and laundromat directions. Meals we had at Ascent were delicious and wait staff fantastic. We sent our compliments to the chef on his food and his appreciation was sent back to us.

Nothing. Everything was exceptional.

The room was very well designed for anesthetics function and maintenance.

The parking needed a lot of help. Adjacent properties do not allow parking and many times the hotel lot was packed. Hotel guests + restaurant guests exceed the available parking. At least sign yours for hotel only. I think many movie goers park there too.
