The room was basic but comfortable and very clean. The aromatherapy bath products were a nice touch. We received text instructions with a door code prior to arrival so we never interacted with any staff. We were in a side room so there was a mountain view over the parking lot. The front room had a balcony on the street side which would be nice. The town is a step back in time and the surrounding area beautiful.

The price was too high for the room and amenities. The room would benefit from some basics like hooks, surface space and a chair or two. Despite calling before our trip, parking instructions were a little vague for an oversized vehicle.

The room itself was very nice and comfortable. The value was very reasonable. The location was excellent. Loved the balcony!

So, just a couple of things. There was a coffee maker but no sugar at all (except sweet n low) and only two half and half containers (I take 3 just for one cup of coffee) so my partner and I could only have one each. No other creamers either (the dry kind). Only one face towel for two persons. Most of the time you had to enter the door code at least twice and sometimes more than that to get the door to open. I realize the building must be very old but still, the creaking of the floor when somebody walked in the room adjacent to ours or when we were walking in our room was very disturbing. The other room got up around 6 a.m. and the loud creaking woke us up much earlier than we wanted.

Loved the boutique feel and decor. My room was ready extra early which was great considering I'd been traveling. The location was within walking distance of many restaurants.

My mountain view room no longer has a mountain view due to the house going up next door. That description should be updated. No staff onsite but was very responsive.

Great spot and a nice little room. A great place to stay if coming back from the wilderness. Efficient check-in was great. Shower is glorious--I might stay here again after hiking the CT solely because of the shower.

Walls are a bit thin--I could hear neighbors, luckily everyone went to bed on time.

I loved the location and the El Bandito restaurant below the rooms.

I was in Room #6 that overlooked the restaurant outdoor seating area. This made for some loud evenings and hard to get to bed early before people finally called it a night.

Really loved this place. The location is perfect, within walking distance of everything. It sits above an excellent Mexican restaurant, so you can have food and drinks then just walk back upstairs and relax on the balcony.

Rooms nice and clean. Nice decorations and bathroom nice. Like the Starbucks coffee.

No individual control of heat in the room. You should tell people that the door does not automatically lock. Most hotel doors do. Rooms small but fine for just me.

The room was very quaint.

There was no air conditioning in the room, and it was extremely warm. You could hear the people walking around in the room next door.

Great little hotel. Don't judge this book by it's cover, clean modern rooms in a cool vintage wrapping.

Nothing to not like, except the distance from my house.
