Easy accessibility to the Village is great, the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful, the condo was very clean.

Parking was an issue when coming back in the evening, literally no place to park in our area. Our unit was on the bottom floor so parking spots are right outside the window, heard every car park and leave outside of our unit. We understand that’s the design but it was a little disruptive at night and early morning. There was also allot of local traffic noise on the other side when sitting out in patio - not the quietest place we have ever stayed.

I has a great location. Loved the daily housekeeping. The hot tub and pool area were great. The grill is a great touch and it's in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed. The laundry services are very convenient.

I would be great if there was an elevator or if the doors could remain open while moving stuff in and out the staricase. Also a better organized parking: there were several times were we couldn't always find a spot in the property to park.

The amenities at the Crestwood far exceeded my expectations for the price. The staff were more than accommodating & I could not be happier.....WE WILL BE BACK!!

Nothing.... It was an extremely busy two days, being there for a surprise marriage proposal as a guest of my youngest son, & most of it was spent in Aspen but the ride wasn't bad at all. When we were there, the SnowMass Village Mall gave us plenty to do. There was nothing I did not like about it.

Nice big place! Very comfortable and didn't have the hotel feel. Lots of amenities on site between the hot tub and the little village of shops and restaurants next door. Front desk folks were very nice. Beds were comfy too!

Parking was a little wonky. Infront of our condo the lot was full and many people had parked poorly or against the signage posted about parking. All it meant was that we had to park down a level, which wasn't a big deal.

Excellent staff - best customer service I received on this trip. JT really stood out (he greeted me at my car and help me with anything I needed throughout my stay). Handsome, tasteful, understated decor in condo that complemented the natural surroundings but didn't try to compete with them.

A few small details would have made it even better: no robe hook in bathroom, ceiling fan in bedroom was a bit loud, TV selections were minimal, surprised they didn't have better coffee in unit for a place of the caliber (it was Maxwell House).

Only thing we missed was a place for breakfast, but other than that our apartment was amazing and we were very pleasantly surprised! Staff was very helpful, the location is great and we really loved the apartment, it has everything we needed and was very neat

The complex could have somewhere to have breakfast or at least coffee.

We were looking for a nice condo in the offseason (fall) at a resort and were more flexible where we stayed. This was a good value and a very comfortable condo. There was plenty of space for our young kids. We would come back and stay longer next time.

No major issues. There was some construction/road work outside the condo. You have affected traffic patters in the two blocks before the condo. No issues with noise so it was a pretty minor inconvenience.

Apartment was very nicely decorated, new appliances and overall beautiful kitchen. It was very clean and well taken care of. The pool and two (of the three available) hot tubs were clean and worked great. The front desk girl was extremely helpful. Overall, we really enjoyed the stay.

There is no food or breakfast.

It was very difficult to find the reception area which required getting back into the car and driving to a different location. There was no instructions to do so. Being that it was dark and late, it made us very nervous. Also the hidden stairs to the third floor was confusing.

The staff was very helpful. The grounds were clean and beautiful. The location was perfect. The staff quickly adjusted our reservation when a mistake was made.

Booking.com did not send enough information about the reception desk and check-in process nor did you provide information about the building in which our condo was located. We were able to figure it out but it would have been nice to have more explicit instructions.
