Due to the pandemic, the kitchen was closed. We were only staying for one night, so it was completely fine that we didn't get to experience it. Had it been open, I'm sure it would've been excellent!
There wasn't an option to keep the air conditioner running, so it was a bit disruptive when it turned on/turned off. We also found it interesting that the only window was to the hallway.

It was nice. Right by I-25. Just needed a bed for a long trip home.
Not much space between the bed and cabinet under the tv, but ok. They started vacuuming the hallway at 7:00 am. Kind of noisy.

We were on the backside of the property facing an open grassy area and then a Mountain View. Although the motel is right on I-25 you can’t even tell. The layout of the room was unique and welcoming. They are also dog friendly, although there was some confusion over the pet up charge.
No breakfast due to Covid.

Easy roadside pit stop for travelers. Check in and parking were easy.
Room was tight (there is really no need for a large dresser), room was not that clean (found items on the floor from previous patrons, and overall motel needs some TLC.... perfectly fine to catch some zzz's while on a roadtrip but i wouldn't want an extended stay here. Hotel has a continental breakfast area but does not serve breakfast at all. Some bananas, yogurt, muffins/toast (grab n go style) would really go a long way.....

Price mostly a good bit less than comparable places. Location was good, Mexican Food next door, Wendys and a convenience store really close. Fridge was small one but nice to have. Microwave, didn't use it but nice to know it was there. Walk in shower was nice.
It was very cold outside, heater was turned off. Would have been nicer to walk into a room that was at least a little bit warm, took a long time to get it warm. We were asleep before it got warm and then it was HOT. No heat in restroom made it hard to enjoy the nice shower, when you close the RR door for privacy it gets really cold in there. Wasn't expecting Taj Mahal for the price so it served it's purpose.
