The Evergreen Lodge offered a great location at a great price. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and amenities of our room and enjoyed having separate sinks! The shower was also great! The staff was friendly and helpful.

We would have liked to have had a better selection of pillows, as ours were very flimsy and caused discomfort while sleeping. And of the two elevators on site, only one worked the entire time we were there.

Excellent location. Staff wonderful and accommodating. Lobby cozy and warm. Restaurant staff absolutely lovely, kind, respectful, and delicious. Water was the coldest, cleanest we have ever experienced, VERY much appreciated the plain simple ice water (non fruit) available in the lobby and the coffee was real.

Very good location.. 10min walk to Lionshead Gondola. About an equal walk to Vail Villiage. Also right on the local bus route. Fine Indian restaurant on premise. Full-service ski shop on premises with complementary overnight storage. Parking was included in room rate which was a nice surprise. Hot Tub and Sauna were also very nice.

Rooms are a bit dated but everything was clean and worked. Sports bar in lobby a distant last to other places we ate at in Vail.

That I got constant reminders of how dog unfriendly this facility was. I didn't even feel my son could stop by with his dog (who is a therapy dog not a service dog) for fear we would be charged a $500 penalty or had a misdemeanor charge filed.

Location of the hotel is great. It has 2 great restaurants. It has everything you need for a great ski vacation.

On the last day the internet on 3rd floor was not working, I reported to front desk but they were not helpful, they blame on my devices.

There are not much options for breakfast. We ended up buying some grocery and ended up eating breakfast at the room. The hotel provided some real basic breakfast (mini muffins) and coffee. There is an option to get breakfast delivered to your room from nearby restaurants.

Extremely expensive place. There are long lines for everything. With Covid around, it does not bode well to assuage your nerves. Everything requires to be booked ahead of time. The lodge is a great place to stay. Quite affordable and centrally located.

The room was clean and appeared to have been updated. The hotel was a bit older which accounted for the lower price versus other properties.

It was hot in Vail while we were there and the room had no AC so we had to prop a fan in the window.

The location is very convenient. Everyone from the reception area and the housekeeping staff were very friendly and accommodating.

The walls are very thin. I could her everyone talking and walking outside my room. There was little privacy in my hotel room.

The room was the best price in Vail! The rooms are modern and a good size, the beds are comfortable, there is a free continental breakfast, it is about 1000ft from the ski lift, and the hot tub is great!

Clean rooms, comfy bed, nice and attentive staff. The reception night staff definitely helped out as my flight got delayed and we had to check in at 2 am, he made it quick and easy to get in.

Sadly the hot tub was under construction during our stay.
