Beautiful, warm and cozy decor throughout the hotel and my room. Excellent service, courtesy and friendliness from the staff. Like a bunch of other people I needed a room for the night until the Pass reopened, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the spacious and comfortable room, Lavazza coffee maker, other thoughtful amenities, and view of the Winter Wonderland from my window in early May.
I couldn't figure out how to get back to the original road and weather channel that popped up when i first turned on the tv the night before. Maybe it was just me and I was frustrated from the long wait in traffic back up due to Vail Pass closure and I had little patience, but perhaps you could provide brief instructions for future guests to navigate to that channel for weather/road closure updates.

Hotel was in a great location. Just about "ski in ski out" if you know how to do it. Very comfortable and large lobby with a fireplace, bar, cozy couches. And they do a good job of a simple and straightforward Ski valet. It sits at the east edge of Vail village, and thus its 5 min to walk to just about any restaurant. Theres a decent fridge in the room, so you can keep drinks and breakfast, to save a bit of time and money.
Vail and all the accomodations are always expensive, and more so by the year. Hard to have dinner (other than pizza), for under 50$ a person.

Always e stayed at Tivoli when I visit Vail. This charming, well appointed family owned hotel boasts an incredible location close to both the Gerald Ford Amphitheatre and Vail Village. Stayed Labor Day weekend with my son to see a concert and it couldn't have bern more perfect. Check-in was a breeze, rooms are beautiful and the views of the mountains are to die for. No pool, but the generously sized hot tub and outdoor patio adjacent to the hotel bar is a perfect way to relax after a hike or a day on the slopes. Plus, it is one of the most reasonably priced hotels of its kind in Vail. Highly recommend.

This is a very nice hotel. I imagine it's a dream for skiers because it is so close to the slopes and lift. My wife and I stayed in September. I liked the check in with valet. The room is a good level of luxury as is the rest of the property. We enjoyed the outdoor hot spa in the evening. We also used the electric bikes from this hotel and had a great time exploring more of Vail and the countryside on the trail beyond the golf course. It is a short walk to Vail village, a wonderful area to stroll, shop, dine and drink, and take photos. We definitely want to return to Vail and we are likely to choose Tivoli again.
We liked everything about Tivoli!

Tivoli Lodge is located right in the heart of the Vail village and made for a great summer getaway. We loved the turret room we stayed in with windows on all sides. The reception and valet staff were welcoming and very helpful whenever we needed guidance. Bonus points for having a Lavazza coffee machine in the room so the in-room coffee was pleasant.
Wish it had a pool! But that is only really applicable in the summer and the hot tub was fine.

Overall, we had a fantastic experience at Tivoli Lodge during our recent visit to Vail. The family room was spacious and well-equipped, with a large TV and comfortable beds that made our stay even more enjoyable. I was particularly impressed with the small touches, such as the hot chocolate and cookies provided each day, which added to the overall warm and welcoming atmosphere of the lodge. The location of the Tivoli Lodge was also a major highlight. It was incredibly convenient, being just a short walk away from the ski lifts, including the Golden Peak lift that allowed us to beat the crowds on busy days. The staff were incredibly friendly, with the doorman being a standout, as he was passionate about his role and provided exceptional customer service. There was a small gym available for guests to use, and access to a larger spa was just a short walk away. Although there is no restaurant on the premises, the Tivoli Lodge is just a 5-minute walk from the shops and restaurants in Vail Village. The breakfast was good and filling, and the servers were attentive and accommodating, which added to the overall positive experience. I would highly recommend the Tivoli Lodge to anyone visiting Vail and would certainly look to stay there again on my next visit.
There were a few minor suggestions that I would like to offer to the management. It would be great if a kettle was available in the room or could be requested, as the coffee machine in the room does not provide hot water. Additionally, I felt that the concierge could benefit from more training or information on booking activities and restaurants, especially for visitors like us who were first-timers in Vail. Finally, I would recommend renting a car while in Vail, as many of the activities, such as husky sledding, snow tubing, and accessing more restaurants, were difficult to reach without one, and the cost of local taxis or limos was prohibitive.

Everything, stayed for our anniversary and to explore Vail. PERFECT 🥰
Just a little thing, I drink english tea which was not good with half and half or coffee mate. Staff did their best to help out. Also as I have long thick hair the hairdryer provided was very slow and took forever to dry my hair. To be honest I would just bring my own things if ever was to return to the hotel.

Location and quality of the Tivoli
All was good minus desk personnel. Both of these ladies were not at the level of customer service expected. Both had dark hair. Not engaged, distracted on their own computer and/or phone, not friendly, seemed a bother the 4-5 times we interacted with them. Valet and concierge were excellent on check in and out.

It’s in a great location, walking distance to a lot of popular restaurants and shops. They provided hot tea throughout the day, which was nice. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, also has a good view of snowy mountains from your window. Robes are provided and there is a hot tub on the first floor. We arrived early at 9am and they even let us check in at that time when check in doesn’t technically start until 4pm.
Only complaint is $45 is a little pricey for valet parking, considering how much you’re paying for a night’s stay. I also wish breakfast was included. It’s $17 per person for continental breakfast which was basically just some fruit, toast, or bagels. Not worth paying for. We walked to Loaded Joe’s coffee shop each day for breakfast and coffee instead.

Cozy atmosphere, friendly staff and attention to detail, such as coffee, hot chocolate and cookies provided free of charge during the day in the lobby. Outdoor hot tub was opened a few minutes after requested, offering an extraordinary relaxation option after skiing. A one-hour late check out at no cost was offered, but we ended up opting for a longer late check out at an extra cost, which was very convenient for us.
