beautiful place, excellent location.

Found to be expensive compared to another place we stayed in same location. was not impressed when seeing a bottle of water was $8.00 in the room if used, kind of insulting considering the price you paid for the room. this was the Vernon Conn. location. We stayed at the Hilton express in Vernon and Newport North Carolina for 3 nights total for less and breakfast buffet was included, well worth it. We did not book with a Marriott hotel in Bangor Maine due to ridiculous price for 1 night.

There was impending weather (Hurricane Henri) making travel by plane unpredictable. Mike, the front desk attendant was very helpful. He worked things out so we would have the ability to stay an extra night in our same room if we were unable to make our flights. We did get a flight out, and did not need the extra night. Mike was gracious enough to not charge us for the extra night or charge us a cancelation fee. We travel to Manchester every other month to visit our granddaughter and we will definitely be staying at the Courtyard Marriott. That is exceptional customer service. Thanks Mike

Location was perfect, easy access to food and rte 84. Clean room, friendly staff. Quiet hallway. Good regular coffee. Comfortable bed. Saw the sunrise each morning (odd number room, third floor). Strong working ac. Quiet fridge. Coffee pot worked. The black out curtains really darkened the room. The best of three hotels I stayed at over the last 3 weeks, traveling for work.

needs decaf coffee packets in room, needs a table near chair to use for food, needs a tv show listing, couldn't extend my stay one more night because my room was reserved by others

The location of the hotel and price point were exactly what we were looking for. We were en route to the Boston area and wanted an overnight pit stop with shops and restaurants nearby. It is now part of our favorite hotels and areas for roadtrips in that area.

easy to find and close to places

I booked a room with a whirlpool tub, I am 8 month’s pregnant and had to bend over and scrub the tub because it was very dirty, there was other people hair all in the tub it was actually pretty disgusting. besides that everything was very clean and comfortable

The staff were very friendly, respectful, and helpful. Everything appeared clean and well maintained.

Some of the food items, while good tasting, were expensive for what was received.

The room was good, very clean, free parking,the hotel is located near the many shops and restaurants

it was clean quiet like literally amazing like I deadass next time whenever I don’t know it’ll be 100% doing it again one of the best stays ever and it was actually my first time sleeping and staying at a hotel❤️

You charged $10 / day for parking and breakfast WAS NOT free….. management made it right …..but was not disclosed to me prior to checking in…..

My room was amazing.. Totally loved it. They have a mini snack store for all ur mid night likeings. 🤗. However at the moment they are NOT accepting cash. Everything must be paid with a credit card.

THERES NOTHING TO NOT LIKE: Easy parking. Staff was amazing. Halls were clean. Room was beautiful. Extra safe on covid guidelines . pool is open, but you MUST reserve ur time time slot.
