Hotel was in a good location and close to where I needed to be

I mention twice to the hotel and the other was in a survey I completed that during my stay I was charged for my Service Dog. On the survey the apologized for the inconvenience and said that they would address this issue with the hotel. The hotel said that they would look into the charge and get back to me. I heard nothing back

This location is good for times when we must visit CT. We’ve stayed there and at other Residence Inn’s many times. The people were friendly and helpful. The breakfast offering was quite good for a free meal. The Inn is central to what we needed to accomplish in the area and one of the key reasons for our selection. We will likely stay there again in future.

The building is getting old and requires more maintenance than it appears to be receiving. Our bathroom door had to be lifted in order for it to close due to the top two hinges coming loose. The toilet seat was also loose. Neither of these issues were big deals but they are so easy to find and fix, one has to wonder why they existed.

I liked that the food was a good temperature and a very good variety. Also that the time starts early. Maybe offer turkey bacon as well not just pork if you can.

My room wasn’t as clean, the tv’s and tv stand were dusty and the freezer Wasn’t wiped out before us. Also the plumbing is terrible. I was afraid to put anymore tissue in the toilet because it kept getting stuck in both bathrooms.

The hotel seems in a safe area. The parking area is close to the hotel main entrance and side doors. The room is very clean. I stayed in the two bedroom suit , which is spacious and has two bathrooms.

The property was clean, quiet and comfortable!

The front desk staff was a bit rude, no personality. I hold guest services to a high standard as that is my career choice myself. No explanation of the amount they were holding on my card till I asked the amount! But unprofessional, and not kind at all with check in. When we checked out the desk employee didn’t even make a effort to greet me in any way, not as little as eye contact.

Great breakfast and great location. Very quiet. Super nice staff!

Location and rooms were perfect! The two bedroom suite has a bathroom in each room. Kitchen has everything you need to cook and has dishwashers. Breakfast was good. House keeping staff was very nice!

Front desk guy had an attitude all the time. This place just need balconies to be perfect.

Not enough utensils in kitchenette, slow drain bathroom sink.

Staff is great and frindly. Breakfast was good Ana is excellent you could tell she likes her job. Halloween decor and contest for guest to vote.

We had the two bedroom suite..it wS spacious and the amenities were great...great space for 5 adults

The fireplace didn't work

Comfortable clean and quiet.

Bathroom floor tiles loose where grout had come off.
