Your housekeeping staff was excellent and very attentive to my family's special needs with my father being a disabled blind veteran and my sister Shawna having a physical impairment. They understood our unique needs and exceeded our expectations. Thank you so much for making my loved ones feel welcomed and not just another burden. 🙂 also, the front desk night staff was very friendly and helpful with information.

The two women who checked us in were very rude and uncaring! We tried to explain to them how we wanted to split the payments onto two cards for our rooms and not only were they rude but double charged my card for both rooms and also charged my father's card. Totally unacceptable!

The breakfast, the pool, the gym. Very clean.

Employees were consistently pleasant. Rooms were very clean. Reservation staff worked with us (across 3 different bookings) to make sure that we had first floor rooms near each other since their elevator required maintenance, which we appreciated a lot -- the communication in advance about the elevator outage was very good. Location is convenient to Silver Sands State Park, which is lovely, and the highway. We did not hear any street noise from the back of the building.

It was a good sofa but the sofa bed pullout was not comfortable. Boo, West Elm. (To be fair, most hotel sofa pullouts are not good, with very few exceptions.) The normal beds were very good. Cleaning was only on Sundays, with a refresher for towels and trash Tuesday. This might be the standard for suite hotels post-Covid, but just don't expect daily cleaning. We went to the front desk for towels pretty often and they just handed them over, no questions asked. We also went to the front desk for an inner lining shower curtain, because ours was too short and leaked water onto the floor, but we never received a replacement.

The king suite was spacious and clean. The people that work there were very nice and professional. Overall we had a good time!

Breakfast could be better

Staff was very courteous and did a great job! Breakfast was ready each morning and wasn't bad for quick, cold meals.

There's a lack of a shuttle to different locations across Milford, so the Uber tab ran up pretty quickly. Definitely plan in advance by renting a car or sticking away a few hundred for Ubers.

The breakfast was good, the staff was very good and very helpful I gave them a very good rating.

The TV service was very bad,, no local TV service 90 percent of the time. The pool closed was also a disappointment.

The room was clean and spacious. It had easy access to the highway. Breakfast was good with a decent selection.

The room had a strange layout that didn't take advantage of the space: For instance, the space between the bed and the closet was extremely tight when there was a huge open space when you came in the door.

they doubled the price on the second night I added to my stay. I initially booked for just Saturday night but decided to add Sunday night and the price literally doubled. I was shocked and pissed off when I saw my receipt.

Great breakfast selection. Quiet though right off main highway and the staff was very accommodating!

Elevator out if service for full three days and we were already settled in in the third floor. They offered to move us but, five females had a lot of stuff so we opted to stay put.

The pool and gym only available by appointment and the only hot breakfast was eggs. Hilton has pancakes and waffles. Also, take off the masks!!!! MASKS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE WORN IN A HOSPITAL UNLESS YOU'RE IN SURGERY OR IN A CONTACT PATIENT'S ROOM, THAT'S IT!!! STOP LISTENING TO REPORTERS ON TELEVISION AND LISTEN TO THE PEOPLE QHO ACTUALLY WORK IN A HOSPITAL!
