I had a great stay at this hotel. Very clean, the entire staff was friendly and helpful, fitness center and the pool/hot tub were excellent, and the breakfast was next level! Best breakfast buffet I have ever had. Will stay here again, highly recommend. The only negative was the water temperature in the shower was very warm at best. It was explained to me that the reason for this was one water heater for the whole premises.

No hot showers due to lukewarm water temperature.

My room had 2 queen sized beds and a sofa bed. A kitchenette with a full sized fridge, microwave, toaster, 2 burner induction, all the cutlery and dishes, pots and pans. Dish soap. It was good. The pool was nice and warm. The room had a good TV selection of apps.

The toilet in my room was not secure, every time you sat down, it rocked from the connection on the floor. Regulating the temperature was a little difficult in the room as the room kept cooling once it reached the temperature you wanted. There was a draft coming through the wall unit. The whirlpool was chilly.

I had just come from a barbaric cervical surgery in NyCity. I had to stay close to the hospital for 3 additional nights as per Drs Orders. I had no idea what to expect, but in a college town - it wasn't much. However - I was so impressed I stated that I could live in the king suite

Securtiy guard hanging out with friends at 3am outside my window. Right outside main entrance making a ruckus for 2 full hours.

Very clean and newer building, friendly staff, the most comfortable bed, shower pressure was great. Easy access to the safe parking lot, plus a very well prepared breakfast although we didn’t have enough time to enjoy. Maybe next time

Almost everything was ok except the experience with the front desk check in that evening, thus 9/10 instead of 10/10. The nicest staff members are the ones who work at the kitchen. Thank you for the delicious breakfast!

From check-in to check out, this was an exceptional one night stay. We booked last minute as we were attending an event that was ending late. The staff could not have been more professional, accommodating, and friendly. Breakfast was delicious and expansive. The deluxe suite was as advertised and very comfortable and spacious. The location was easy off and on 95.

As fast you check in just get ready and give the pool Quickly that check-in already ensures that customers already have the pool bracelets because having an employee to get you out of the pool just because you don't have pool bracelets was not right

Being able to accommodate when booking through third parties. Inconvenience when switching rooms due to double booking. Room size I needed wasn't available so I had to switch hotels and move all my stuff, look for another hotel with my family. We were from out of town and had luggage, small baby. Other than that everything was great!

Amazing hotel, spacious rooms, kitchen is new and clean. 24/7 fitness center was a huge bonus, pool and hot tub we fully functional and nice. Friendly staff and great value for money indeed.

What was weird and inconvenient is that we could not open the windows in either of the rooms, so when we cooked, the smell was inside the room even though we have used the aspirator. Gym could do with some more equipment, and too much chlorine in the pool to our liking. But overall a great hotel nevertheless.

Spacious. In-room amenities made it feel like home. Soothing decor, comfy beds, big TV. The coffee pods are good. Little stove. Full size fridge. Immaculate.

Tiniest complaint. Miniscule. My housekeeper did not replenish my favorite sweetners in the coffee kit. But i went on a fun scavenger hunt to the dining room.

The check-in process and keyless entry via the app was fabulous! It was so easy and saved so much time. The room was even better than expected, and a great value- especially as a last minute booking.

The only minor change I could have wanted, was the clarification of breakfast time on a holiday… did it follow regular weekday times or did it follow weekend hours.
