Red Roof Inn Milford - New Haven

We arrived around 6pm and were checked in right away. The room was spotless and the temperature was just right. We asked where the nearest store was and were directed to a place that was a 10 minute walk away. We ordered sushi from Fuji Restaurant which was DELICIOUS! I would truly recommend staying here. It was affordable, close to everything and the staff was really friendly (Hi Helen!).

It's a motel, so the facilities were basic, but I was impressed by how clean the room was - the carpet, bed linens, towels, furniture, and bathroom were all spotless. The bathroom was immaculate and actually better maintained than many more expensive hotels I've stayed at. So, overall it was a very comfortable experience for a night.

Aesthetically the room was a little dated, and the amenities were limited (only soap and shampoo, no lotion; I don't recall if there were cups or not), and no USB outlets (though the front desk helpfully had an adapter to borrow).

I have a severe allergy issue which I explained to the receptionist. They accommodate my needs with a very clean room. I do not travel much due to all hotels are pet friendly but I will definitely use this hotel again. I called each hotel in this area and not one would accommodate me with the hypo allergenic cleaning. Red Roof Inn did work with me. I am grateful and thankful for there great hospitality.

I have been there for one night with my family, was very good and clean. Also very close to exit of i95. The price was very good to compare with other hotels around. The staff was very helpful and nice. I liked.

I didn't see any things bad. was everything perfect. Also, they charge 50 $ deposit from my debt card which they refund me back when I left next day.

I travel every week to his property work to stay there for work and I’ll bring my family they’re always accommodating helpful nice sometimes you catch them on a bad day for the most part they’re great people

The property could definitely use alot of work

Could be a bit more updated the price was a little too high for it being a cheaper motel

Friendly service, easy check in & check out. I’m disabled & my room was set up perfectly with all of the proper grab bars installed expertly. The ability to park right in front of my room was sooo much needed & appreciated and most importantly…my room was SPOTLESS clean!!

I didn't have to pay for my cat, which was great and the first in a hotel/motel! Room was renovated and the beds were new. It was a very clean room.

I had reserved a queen bedroom, but the beds were full size.

Room was clean for the most part and housekeeper cleaned and restocked. My stay was comfortable.

Just a few unpleasant spots on walls that wasn't cleaned.
