Staff was very friendly.

My view. Right outside of my window were the hotel's ac units and other industrial units right at eye level. There was a strange bug on the curtains.

Great staff and location. Very clean, although a few imperfections, like wallpaper coming off, some painting needed, but not a deal breaker for me, I don’t always care about the cosmetics.

Only 2 complaints, your pillows and there was no ice in the ice machine. The pillows are so uncomfortable and we’re so very hard to sleep on. Not hard like hard, just very squishy but so very uncomfortable. My daughter ended up not even using hers, it really hurt her neck. ☹️ I like to have ice cold water during the night if I wake up. Would have been nice to have the machine working. ☹️

The fact you indoor pool, plus bar breakfast you had vegan options. Sidewalks are needed for runners, or even walker's. Sraff was very pleasant everyone had smiles on there faces since we have been heading behind mask for two year's. It was great to see.

I didn’t see any breakfast area.. no signs to direct you.

The bar was only opened till 10p. We traveled with a bunch of people sat at the bar, last call was called at 9:45p. All on a Saturday night. To me this was very disappointing. People were looking for some drinks and socializing prior to going up to the rooms.

They were able to keep my personal request and early check-in. The room was clean. the beds were comfy and cozy. The staff were friendly and helped with everything. Pool area had been kept clean. I liked the fact it was only my family and I. We liked that thhe hotel remained quiet. Had no problem with anyone.

Since the pool is adjacent to the elevator there was always puddles of water. Since my son is disabled and is vision impaired we almost had an accident on two occasions. I enjoyed the comfortablity of of beds but the pillows were flat and uncomfortable I woke the first night with a cink neck, headache. The room shower tile looked like it was about to fall, because it looked really cracked.

the location in proximity to my work was perfect and there we alot of restaurants around

the fact that there was no housekeeping you had to get towels soap etc from front desk and there was no coffee on site, i understand covid I am a nurse but restaurants are open to less than full capacity and managing to have a safe environment. I think that the kitchen area could at least serve coffee even self serve and housekeeping could safely clean rooms, bring towels and empty garbages in room without exposure to covid.

I love that the property is in a quiet area.

I had no problems with the property.

Everyone is pleasant and friendly. It was very clean and quiet. We will be staying here from now on. We come to Connecticut every 2 to 3 weeks to see family.

The staff was great and the rooms were clean and up to date.

The restaurant and bar weren't open and the pool was rationed for use, which meant we didn't get to use it.

Everything was great! El at the front Desk was super awesome! We had a little glitch with our room, there was a dirty towel on the floor. El had us out and in a new room in less than 5 min. With sincere apologies!

Just not happy about the towel but as stated it was remedied quickly
